My husband had a procedure that caused a UTI. The doctor on call was very fast to respond telling me he would call in an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday evening and they were very understanding and filled the prescription before closing. They in fact, stayed in order to fill it, leaving after 6 O'clock. Thank you to the staff and the parmacist.

My wife and I have been coming here for our prescriptions for several years, and it’s nearly always a positive experience! This evening, I was once again assisted by Emily. Her customer service is second to none! Always remembers my wife and my name. Very friendly, prompt service, regardless of how stressful her day has been. I had considered switching pharmacies in the past, but it’s employees like Emily who keep us coming back to CVS. Too often, I’m finding this type of customer service to be a rarity, and I can’t put into words how much it is appreciated!

I have found in my 14 years of getting my RX there Emily has been such a wonderful person who greets me with a smile and caring words.Sherrie and Robin are always ready to help whenever they can.I can always count on them staff at the Struthers CVS to deliver the utmost customer service.
