Apple Carnegie Library

Apple library was quite something where you can find all Apple products. This place is right next to many lovely hotels. There is no library by the way because it has moved down the street now the library is known as the Martin Luther King Jr. library which is about five minutes walk. The staff at the Apple library were very supportive, informative and ready to help you at any time.

It is the most aesthetically beautiful Apple Stores I have ever been to.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They certainly knew their stuff.
The visit was shorter than expected but was well worth the trip.

Not only did I learn that this building was the first to be integrated in D.C but I also learned that this will be my permanent Apple Store location for everything Apple. Bobby and Jayda were exceptional in assisting with our upgrades and even when my service provider made it difficult to activate my new phone, they both went to above and beyond service to get to the bottom of it.

This is a very cool building to visit. The history behind it is also very interesting which you can learn all about it in the basement. The building is very clean!! Lots of staff available to help answer any questions you may have. The first and main floor is the Apple store but it’s not like a regular Apple store. There is a huge selection of all of Apple’s products. On the second floor is a digital art gallery and the library but they were both clothed when I came on a Saturday. Still a cool visit and it’s free to enter and walk around.

Very spacious and with plenty of help walking around. I enjoyed the live class going on at the Lobby. The trainer was super committed.

Had an exceptional, easy experience trading in my phone. Solomon was patient, looked for ways to help us get a discount, and was super kind and easy to talk to. No complaints!

I was rushing to catch my train and had the chance and pleasure to have Anesa assist me this morning: she ordered my phone and accessories, advised me on the best case to buy + got me the company discount while checking time and telling me when to actually order my Uber. I was in and out in literally 11min! Great experience!

Can Apple create Apple backpacks and Laptop bags with the logo on and it a website where we can customize and add our name like how they did the AirPods and even add an emoji. I would make the colors like the iPhones (black, blue, purple, gold, red, silver, green, yellow) and the MacBook colors (silver, space gray and black, midnight, starlight, rose gold, gold). Make them in different materials (leather, repellant fabrics, cloth) PLEASE! I want a Apple Bag for my MacBook and iPads and a backpack

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Apple store in Washington, DC. I was truly impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as the beautiful historic building that houses the store. I would highly recommend this Apple store to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

love the architecture of the building they really made it look super nice compared to what it used to be like! also love the marble floors and little mini museum on the bottom floor

Spacious and modern while respecting the heritage building. Kudos to Apple for inclusive hiring and providing ASL interpretation at their live storytelling. Great activity for all family away from screen. Research library will reopen in July 2018

Apple has done a beautiful job restoring this historic building. Times change and Apple is preserving the past. Apple hosts more than just products to see. Free Genius classes are offered in the central, sun-filled space. The ground floor hosts a modest art gallery. The 2nd floor hosts the DC History Center operated by the Historical Society of Washington, D.C.

They are really helpful here at this establishment..I went to take my Pro Max to learn more about it because this is my first iPhone and I wanted the best one to get the full advantage and experience…it’s definitely worth it 😍

From out of town and we almost didn't notice it is an Apple Store. It was the old Carnegie Library built back in 1901. Went during a weekday at 1PM so there were more employees than customers. They have a gallery on the Top floor and basement. We walked there from our nearby hotel and I don't see any parking near the building.

I made a mistake with my Genius Bar reservation, booking it the day after I showed up, and they still got me in within 30 mins.
