I generally hate having to go to cell phone stores. This was the best phone store experience I have ever had, thanks to Devin. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I would definitely recommend asking for Devin next time you are in need of a cell phone!

I first went in to inquire about adding another line. The store was busy with 6 senior citizens including me. The sales reps were patient and answered my questions as well as the other customers. I could see that all the other customers were at ease and not frustrated. Your sales reps were helpful and were pleasant and very agreeable. It was an all around first class experience. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Noah was excellent! He is very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this Store.

Outstanding customer service! After 5+ years of faithful service, my Google Pixel 3 finally died. I stopped into this Verizon location and was immediately greeted by Andrew. He ran several diagnostics and confirmed that my phone was no longer functioning. He recommended the Google Pixel 7 and explained all of the features. He then set everything up for me and even provided a $100 trade-in value for my old phone. I got a great new phone and received excellent service all around. Great job!

My only potential criticism is that there is no direct phone number to the store. Devin called me this morning regarding an issue and I have absolutely no way to call him back. A direct phone number to this door would be helpful.

Only one guy in there when I went in on a Sunday. But he was fast and still didn't miss anything while he was helping others that came in as well. He answered all my questions, and filled me in on all the new charger equipment. He set my new phone up fast, and even saved me 25$ on all the other things I ended up needing. I think this smaller store was definitely better customer service, rather then the big Verizon stores.

Devin is a doll baby! He made an older lady with minimum understanding of the newest technology feel comfortable.

Good service, it's really nice being able to take a phone issue and having someone know what to do!

Nate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when my husband and I purchased new phones. We had a wonderful experience with Nate! Nate was extra patient with us, he took the extra time to take and review all of our questions and concerns. Andrew and Madison showed the best customer service, that I have seen in a long time. While Andrew was helping me make a great decision on my phone, while Madison was helping the most adorable not so high-tech couple, that barely comes out of their house. They loved the service just as I did. They are amazing!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store, and I’m a little bummed I hadn’t gone to this location sooner. Will 100% recommend working with these gentlemen to anyone.
