Car was running very rough. Harrison estimated a 1 1/2 week lead time before they could even look at it, but then to my surprise they diagnosed the issue within 2 hours of dropping the car off, had it repaired in 1 1/2 days, and delivered it to my home for free (I live locally) running like it was new. Kinda expensive, but I won't forget this positive experience and would bring my Ford to them again.

I purchased a used truck, from out of state, with this dealership and I couldn’t be more pleased. There is a right way to do things and then there is Harrison Ford’s way. Truly this place is top notch! Tylor Hall was my salesman. From first contact to follow-up on delivery he was exceptional. When asked he took very detailed pictures of the flaws and didn’t miss a brush scratch. Heck he even took the truck for a test drive. The paperwork was done 100% online and the transaction was completed extremely quick. When you are searching online for used vehicles it is sometimes difficult to compare prices because so many places tack on dealer fees that can add thousands to the listed price. Not so with Harrison Ford. Total cost above advertised price was $285 for document fees. I guess the nicest touch was when Tylor realized, after the transaction was complete, that my truck only came with one key. With no additional cost to me he did the leg word to make sure I had an additional key. My truck wasn’t a Ford so he had to source the key from another dealer. If you can’t tell I am blown away by this experience. I wish more places could show this much integrity. I am sure that all of the salespeople are great but if you do end up finding a vehicle you like give Tylor Hall a call.

A family member recommended this dealership, and highly recommended I go to Scott. He wasn't available, so we met with Chad. And I can't speak to Scott, but Chad was absolutely fantastic.

We arrived around 1830, an hour and a half before they closed that day. Chad pulled the paperwork for all the different vehicles we wanted, went through all the numbers we wanted, and brought us the two vehicles we wanted to look at. In addition, he knew his inventory, and brought us another vehicle he thought we might like more (he was right), and a few bucks cheaper at that.

Chad really took the time to help us out with pricing, looking at the vehicles, and genuinely interested in our interests. Unfortunately, we are in a unique situation, and may not purchase- but if we are getting a Ford, we will be back here to buy from Chad.

The process was smooth and easy and Tylor the dealership took great care of me from helping me find the perfect truck till the moment I left I knew I found a home dealership. Being a ford employee this is a good feeling to have knowing you have dealership you are comfortable at and can trust. I bought a used ford taurus about 4 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Chad my salesman was great. He was friendly and helpful and wasn't pushy at all. He answered all of my questions fast and quickly and responded to my texts and messages within minutes. When all said and done, Mike the financial guy was friendly as well. He explained the payment process and warranty information perfectly. He told me what each plan was and how it worked. Overall a great experience.

We recently moved to Wellington and my wife's 2014 Ford Focus needed to a new undercar engine protective cover. I stopped in to the dealership and the entire team was very helpful and polite. My part was ordered and it arrived in less than 24 hours. The service department was able to fit me in for a same day appointment and the car was fully repaired in less than an hour. John in Parts and Ray in Service are absolute rock stars! Both were very friendly and professional and took great care of me. I will definitely be returning to Harrison Ford for future services. Ordered a new truck in February and of course it took FOREVER to come in as any vehicle does. I continued to drive my trade and three months later found the brakes were spent. Harrison Ford offered to split the cost of the brake job. I drove my trade another three months until my new truck arrived. Appreciate the great service!

They are very customer service oriented, answer all questions & their quotes for work is always on the money. The quick lane service is fast & does a great job. Will continue to use them for all my car services.

I’ve dealt with Autonation for purchase and a Ford dealer in Wayne county for service and recalls, so when we decided to trade our Ford we had, I was reluctant to purchase another from those experiences. My wife and I went to Harrison’s expecting the same B S that was experienced elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised at how transparent the whole process was with them. I would and have recommended friends to go see what they’re about. Stunning and top notch, Harrison Ford has reinvigorated my confidence in a Ford dealer.

I despise dealerships. I've had negative experiences with Ford dealers every time I go. However, Harrison ford was unlike any experience I've had before. They were transparent, personable, worked with my schedule to get me a rental car, and didn't try to upsell me on services for my car I couldn't afford. I left feeling like I had a positive experience with Dusty in the service department rather than feeling swindled like I did at Mike Bass and Liberty. Seriously. Bring your business here instead of to the big guys. You'll be treated way better.

My wife and I heard about the dealership and the reputation of has...found the perfect vehicle she was looking for and was treated exceptionally well, Chad was a very professional salesman and let us take the vehicle home overnight....unfortunately we had an issue with the pricing and mistakenly thought we were under duress, so we went to another dealer for the same type of vehicle. To make a long story short- a misunderstanding ...but this dealership is outstanding and honest ! If an opportunity arises in the future I will definitely go back and purchase a new truck or car there. I highly recommend Harrison Ford and thank them for dealing so graciously with us.

What a great experience. Our salesman Troy was awesome. Quick and easy experience. The fastest I’ve ever been through with the whole process, including the finance department. No high pressure sales. Troy even helped me with setting up the app and connecting my phone to the car.
