Love the guys at the RAVENNA location . I do continuous business through Marc or Mark, sorry not sure which way you spell it!! Compassion isn't taught which is why I know he's an amazing employee because he has a heart as big as the sky! He focuses on rapport and it shows immediately even just speaking to him over the phone. I told them I'd be back and here I am :)

I think It is important to mention that the Ravenna location is filled with the very best of what humanity has to offer. Great group guys within the store.

They literally go above an beyond to help their customers. Last year I got bunk beds & this year I'm getting a couch an switches for my children. They really are super helpful with payments an knowledge of their products. I appreciate everyone of the staff at this location!!!!
