I ordered my flag Sunday and got it Wednesday and it is beautiful! I was worried after reading some reviews but the take away is if you are ordering something from Facebook check check check the name and Google the address and phone number, even call if you can. There are many hacked accounts using the original and legit business. I ordered through the address 26 North Maple Ave Marlton NJ 05053. The phone numbers and addresses used in hacked accounts are similar but incorrect. Unfortunately, many legit businesses are getting poor reviews because they have been hacked 😡

The 2 flags I wanted, though advertised, were not available on their website. I ordered both, but separately, using another website. Both flags were delivered together in the same package, but I paid for postage on each. There is a phone number listed on their website and on the receipt, but it is not in service so you cannot contact them. The flags are nice and of good quality.

Made several online purchases prior to placing my order w/ FlagsForYou & all have been delivered. In an attempt to check on my flag order, I reached out to FlagsForYou by the phone number on website & left 2 messages. I also sent messages to both order & admin email addresses. Company has been unresponsive & order is unresolved. I do, however, continue to get advertisement emails. I had to give them a star in order to post this review.

we ordered two flags and two poles for our company. The flags were fine but the poles were flimsy junk. My boss asked me to contact them for a return authorization and refund. Contacted multiple times and not a single response.

Very poor business. Flagsforyou is not to be trusted based on my one-time purchase. Substituted the flag I trusted as the one depicted on its website to be the one I would receive with version of flag's historcal canton wildly inaccurate. I wished to return the flag as it was not the one shown for sale on its website. Seller ignored my direct request and then outright refused to help me with my return when I submiited claim via third party pay method.

Placed an order back in January of this year. Have not received the order and tried calling. Left a few email messages with the admin, one gave a tracking number at my request, but it was obviously not sent to the right address.
Place must be a sham! Beware!

ORDERED A FLAG ON APRIL 18TH, HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET. THEY SAY IT WAS SHIPPED THE SAME DAY BY PRIORITY MAIL. NOT POSSIBLE THAT I HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT, BECAUSE THEY SHIP FROM NEW JERSEY, I LIVE IN VA! CAN'T CALL, NO ANSWER, DOESN'T RESPOND TO EMAIL, AND THEIR LIVE-CHAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER!!!
