I come to red River every year. The Red River Candy company is one the best shops in town. The Red River Candy Company had a HUGE selection. It has everything from chocolate covered gummy bears to ketchup Candy canes. This is a must go to place.
The staff is mind blowing. You come in and see a friendly face. When we walked in the cashier said " we take payments in children too"
Walking around the store was amazing. The amount of Candy in that tiny space is incredible. The Red River Candy Company is a must see. If you are planning a trip to the town make sure you check out this store!

This is the most amazing candy store I’ve ever been to!! You’ll find gems in every corner, and I’m sure I missed a ton of stuff. I really look forward to being back at some point because I found some delicious candy and snacks that I’ve never tried before. You can also make a soda float with any of the 100+ sodas they sell!

Red River Candy Company will give you the full Charlie in the Chocolate Factory experience! Vintage, Japanese, Mexican , American candy, candy by the pound, you name it, they have it! The drink options were also equally impressive, with different flavored boba teas, and sodas. The woman at the checkout was so sweet and friendly. Will definitely be stopping there again the next time my family and I are in town.

They have more candy and soda varieties than I've ever seen. Incredible collection. My daughter loved this place. They're great for the community, I saw that first hand as they were signing gift certificates that they were giving to all of the local students. Good people.

This place has an amazing selection of candy, chocolates, novelty sweets, and toy candies. Their prices are fair and they also have many different types of sodas to choose from and with which you can make custom floats in store with their soft serve machine. Definitely come here for some fun and to satisfy your sweet tooth while in Red River

My husband was like a kid! He was so happy to be in here. He was in laffy taffy heaven. My daughter was in gummy heaven & I was there for the chamoy pickle! 😂 I did get a vanilla ice cream in a cone & it was delicious. There's sooooo much to choose from. Great store!

This tiny place packs a big, sweet punch! Packed to the brim with nostalgic and novelty candy items as well as the greatest hits. Our family enjoyed exploring the well-curated selection and were hard pressed to choose our favorite treats among the vast selection. The folks running the shop were friendly and engaged, definitely a "must do" if you are in Red River!

Outstanding opening! Our crew will definitely be regulars! You have done an amazing job at setup and decor and stocking full of the most unique candies and drinks! The whole store takes me back in time! Our favorite thing is how welcoming and family friendly it is!

We love the huge variety of sweets at Red River Candy Company! It was really cool to see some nostalgic candy, as well as a great selection of candies from other countries. Pleasantly surprised by the prices as well!

The store is small, but packed from wall to wall with Candy galore. Felt like a kid in a candy store.. lol. There is a bunch of nostalgic candy. And the best salt water taffy west of the east coast.

Excellent local family owned candy shop. We stopped by to get candy for family movie night. Very friendly owners. Enormous selection. We’ll be back!!!

I rarely write reviews - but I have to in this case. My husband and I bought two kinds of fudge and it is truly the best I have had! Highly recommend!

You could spend hours in this place. Love all the different selections! If you’ve heard of it, they have it. What a great addition to Red River…..

Many things I’ve never seen, awesome little shop

This place is great, has a generous amount of candy. However a lot of the candy we got was hard, especially the sour candy…

Only positive: Candy selection and variety.
Rest is completely negative: The girl working the register today, 02/09/24, was completely rude and acted like we were a burden.

As soon as we got to the register, being very nice and not rude at all, she said it’ll be a few more moments when it was obvious she was doing non-business activities on her phone. My friends who checked out minutes before me had the same experience as she needed to change the TV channels and make them wait about 2 minutes.

Overall, unwelcoming and sassy attitude. It was clear she didn’t want us there just as much as she didn’t want to be there. I could have walked away with the candy and she wouldn’t have noticed or appeared to care enough. Super disappointing.
