Great coffee spot! Iced mocha with almond milk and pastries were amazing. Only went here twice during our stay but I wish we had gone more. Fresh kolaches for breakfast were a sight for sore Texan eyes. Almond croissant, blueberry turnover, and blackberry danish were all great as well.

Family run business. The spot is a clean, bright and airy. The food is reasonably priced and full of flavor. The decor makes you feel like you’re in a friend’s home with interesting shopping finds.
I’ve been back twice. The service, food and atmosphere is consistent. Definitely a gem in Red River!!

Bearly Awake offers the best coffee in town with the most comfortable atmosphere! This is the ONLY coffee shop to go to in Red River, as far as I’m concerned! They also have simple, quick, and delicious breakfast options to grab before hitting the slopes, going to church, or going for a hike! I also love to stop by for lunch! Not to mention, the shop has cute clothes, amazing candle, and Knick knacks! We love Bearly Awake and will definitely be back again, and again, and again!

The perfect little mountain coffee shop! We come here at least 1-2 times a week for delicious hot coffee in a cozy, coffee shop atmosphere. The Owners, long-time Red Riverites, are always kind and accommodating and expect the same of their staff. Want a relaxing place to sit and visit over one of their warm winter specials or just to grab a hot cup on your way to the slopes? This is your place!

Bearly Awake has been my routine stop for well over a year now! Always have great friendly service, good food and the BEST coffee! The way I like my coffee is complicated and they hit the nail on the head EVERY TIME! Highly recommend!!! ❤😍😘

Bearly Awake Coffee is a super cute, locally owned and operated establishment that serves up a friendly smiles, delicious coffees, cappuccinos, lattes and breakfast treats. The colorful decor enhances the atmosphere of this Enchanted Circle jewel!
I visited twice this weekend and look forward to my next visit to visiting on my next visit to Red River NM.

The coffee shop is great! They have everything that you could want, even sunglasses. They have gluten free bagels and are happy to accommodate people’s dietary needs. They are funny and welcoming!!!! And the hours are consistent!!!!

Super cozy fun little coffee shop and more! Went for a day trip to sled and stopped in for hot cocoa and a cappuccino. Sweet treats are yummy and really cute gifts. Next time we’ll come and get Fro Yo!!

Oh this place is a gem 💎. They have great tasting coffee and all of the ingredients combined doesn't taste like you ate a 20lbs of sugar. It's less sweet than your typical chain coffee store. Fantastic!!!

Stopped in for a coffee to enjoy while walking around town. The owner was amazing. Great customer service, great selection of coffee, drinks, froyo, and local items.

My wife an I are spending our anniversary weekend in Red River and my wife must have coffee! We stopped by this charming coffee shop this morning and had a nice morning there. My wife had the Americano and was delighted with it. I had a rich hot chocolate that was perfect. I also had a gouda,egg and bacon sandwich that hit the spot. We sat near the fireplace and had a nice chat with the owners. The place was tastefully decorated with fall appropriate decor, wildlife depictions and a guitar from Michael Martin Murphey. The prices were quite reasonable for a resort town. We will definitely be back!

OMG... this is the best breakfast, coffee, and service in town. If you’re lucky enough to find them available, you have to try their legendary Sausage Bomb, it's a ball of magic consisting of breakfast sausage and cream cheese wrapped in a flaky pastry.

Really cute coffee shop! Drinks were good and lots of little treats to buy. Hot chocolate and a white chocolate mocha were our choices!

This place is the only one brilliant enough to have a generator. The owners are always here grinding. They understand that in order to run a special place like this one you have to give a genuine pleasant experience. They make you feel they care. The breakfast paninis are incredible. The muffins are soft and there's no way they're store bought. They also have the coolest inventory for memorabilia especially the stickers.

Had visited for 40 days in a row being the highlight of my days (outside my hiking).
Owners are fabulous and always there! Super happy customer! Thank you Tori, Levi, T, and all the staff for making my summer stay in Red River special!

With no power in town today they have been the perfect place to get warm! They have a generator and are hear to serve the community!

We ate breakfast several times at Bearly Awake while in Red River. The banana muffins and sausage, cheese and egg biscuits were amazing. Our gluten free children were able to find delicious items too. The coffee choices were also great...Mad Monkey Mocha drink was delicious!! Lots of other choices too. Go early to beat the crowd...but food is ready quickly so go anytime!!

They were so kind and fun about fixing one of us coffee. The mocha Late is my favorite from that place with only one shot other wise it would be too strong with two!
The apple turnover was a little uncooked and that’s i something that hopefully isn’t that way next time. 🤞
