Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This is my favorite paint store. They are always so helpful and make buying paint so easy. David was awesome and helped me navigate the difficult chore of buying many different colors. Thank you so much!!

After a comment on this site regarding an employee at a Sherwin Williams store, I was so surprised by the immediate response and how customer oriented the company is. They truly care about the product quality and the customer experience that goes along with it. It is impressive how professional and of excellent character the people that contacted me from the company are.
Like I stated in my previous comment, that isolated incident did not deter me from the Sherwin Williams products, but to know how the company values its clients, that makes me an even bigger fan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have been coming to the Framingham store for the last five years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The quality of the paint is amazing and the store employees are incredibly helpful (way better than anyone you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot.) Most recently I asked one of the store employees for help selecting a paint that is good for painting furniture. Not only did he recommend the best paint, he gave me advice on how to paint the furniture and how long to let the paint cure. Love love love Sherwin Williams!

Great experience with Sherwin-Williams, especially given the current situation with COVID-19. Curb side pick-up was handled great. Felt safe while making the purchase and everything was handled with a friendly and professional demeanor. Thank you.

Excellent quality paints for any application, and excellent service. Anyone can ask to be registered in S-W's system and get 10% off plus a permanent record of what products and colors you've bought for each project. Easy access and parking.

This is a first-rate store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they really hustle to fill orders. I've been in several times during the pandemic, and am newly impressed each time.

I had a great experience at the Framingham store today. They helped me right away, and corrected a mistake I made, and mixed me a new gallon of paint.
