Reward Dakota. I am a 79-year-old senior with limited mobility. I was making purchases with my WellCare FSA, but inadvertently selected a product which was not covered. When Dakota saw this he told me that there was a comparable product and asked me if I would purchase it, and I said yes. He consulted the OTC catalog for WellCare, found the listing and went back in the store to pick up the item which he then rang up for me. I consider this going way beyond the normal customer service.

The Hudson CVS has always treated me & my husband very well. Respectful and helpful. I traded pharmacy just once b/c I felt I couldn’t wait for my prescription a few days. What a mistake! Will stay right here @12015 Little Rd. Thank you! (Ridge Rd treated me awful talking down not listening just seemed to need to reprimand. Never again!)

I have been a CVS customer for along time and I never had any issues with my prescriptions at this place. If drop my prescription or call for refill or even online, they always deliver and have my meds ready. If they can't have them they go over try to get my meds on time. In occasions the pharmacist has step in and help me with my insurance company when the insurance company don't want to release my meds, very helpful and I am grateful for their help and service.

Friendly staff. I just transferred my pharmacy over to this location. Filled my script in a timely manner and also sent me an alert once it was ready for pickup. They do have prescription delivery also

The pharmacy I find them to be very helpful they are very professional and very knowledgeable.
For the front store I find the Clerk’s to be very knowledgeable of where everything is. They are as well very friendly and professional and very helpful.

The employees are excellent always friendly. The manager will goes out of his way for the customers always. Much better place to shop. Excellent in all aspects of guest service
