The UPS Store

The team at the UPS store in Hampton Bays was such a delightful experience. The whole staff is very respectful, attentive and cooperative. The listened to my concerns about mailing a very fragile item to California. They explained how the process goes about for intake at the store to all the way upon delivery. They did a great job explaining the differences of the box sizes and which is best to ship with my item. Safe to say it arrived in great condition! A few months after that their professionalism went above and beyond as my grandmother, who only speaks Spanish went to drop off mail and receive a package had no issue. The staff were not only welcoming to an older woman, but they were also bilingual! They spoke with my grandmother in her native language, Spanish, when I couldn’t go with her. It’s great seeing a team of young enthusiastic women truly go above and beyond in their customer service. It truly shows that they care about their community and work ethic. I would highly recommend attending this UPS versus any where else on the South Fork. I’ve had bad experiences with other UPS around the Hamptons that I was genuinely upset and annoyed. Coming to this UPS in Hampton Bays has been a life saver and the best recommendation another coworker gave me! Such an inclusive and responsible team!

I went to the store today, and there was a huge line and it seemed like the staff were overwhelmed! But the little girl with glasses was a sweetheart!!! I understand it was stressful, but she stayed calmed the entire time when she helped me with my packages . Usually I go to the other UPS store and they would just give me those mean facial expression in which I can tell they don’t want to help with my returns . I’ll never go back. This store is wonderful with nice people especially the little girl working there in which I didn’t catch her name , but I am giving her a shout out! Keep up the good work and smile little girl! ☺

Amazing experience. I had a big project that the staff worked with me on, and were extremely helpful, catering and friendly. On top of it, it was a very busy day and they handled the volume like rockstars! The manager was fantastic, and the lady with short hair with glasses is wonderful!! Will definitely be coming back here again for all my printing and shipping needs!

The best. I rented a mailbox from them and they were always very nice & helpful. When closing out the box early, the gentleman let me know that he would continue to hold on to my mail for 6 months after I closed out the PMB. All I had to do after that was call him and have him send me whatever mail still arrived! This was a lifesaver since USPS refused to forward my mail once I switched it to a personal mail box with UPS, not sure if they would have done that if I got a P.O box with them. But I've dealt with so much silliness at USPS (great neck & Hampton Bays), I try to avoid them at all costs!

I have found this to be one of the nicest and most efficient UPS stores that I have ever visited. One of the workers made a very slight mistake and really didn't have to do it but didn't charge the customer and she was very appreciative. I've always found them to be very efficient especially when sending back a package using the barcode and I'm in and out of there in minutes and I would recommend them very highly

I often go to this UPS store for shipping packages quickly and for their printing services (who knew!?). The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They’ll give you genuine advice and input to ensure you’re getting the right service. They also go the extra mile when they can and try to work with members of the community. Don’t be surprised if you see me in there!

This UPS store is the best! The staff is very friendly and go out of the way to help you. They always have a smile. They are professional and helpful with your packages.
The packages that they box and mail for you are always done with enough bubble wrap, padding, etc to make sure your packages get to where they need to go in one piece.
