I visited "Twelve 0 One" yesterday for the first time. A young man named Jake helped me to pick out the products I needed, explained them very well, and set up my device to start using before I left the store. He was very kind and patient. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. Thanks Jake!

Excellent customer service. They took the time to find me a flavor I loved and also give great advice when I want new tanks and mods. JB is always honest and straightforward and that's what I expect. Highly recommend for all vapors. Welcoming and fun place to hang out as well.

I have to admit that I was a little nervous about going in. I've never smoked or vaped and had no idea what to expect, but when I was told to get a vape to help my dad get off cigarettes I sucked it up. It turns out that I had no reason to be nervous! The store is clean and neatly organized. JB was super helpful! He helped me find a vape for my dad that would be easy to use as well as a juice that would taste like tobacco without having nicotine. He walked me through how to fill it and change the coil so that I could show the staff at Dad's nursing home. I will be going here for all of Dad's vape supplies. Thank you for not talking down to the obvious n00b!

Edit:. Still using this store for Dad's vape supplies and still happy to do so. Dad's vape stopped charging, so JB helped me find one that would work well for his needs now that we know more of what he enjoys in the vape. We got one that is still super easy to use but allows for some control of the smoke and has an off button so the facility won't have to charge it as much. It also has a feature that keeps it from overcharging. It's still compact, so Dad isn't overwhelmed. I greatly appreciate JB's help when we've needed it.

Came in on Sat, Aug 7th. My wife lost her vape during our move and needed a replacement asap. I had what she needed within 5 minutes and much less expensive than any other store I usually frequented in Hickory. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!! If your in the Statesville, Taylorsville or surrounding areas then stop by and give these folks a shot. Well worth the trip and will do business again soon!!

Best shop around. I live 45 mins away with 10 other shops closer and still choose this one. Every question I have JB and Chad have it answered immideatly. Got all the best and if he ain't got it in the shop only place in the will compete with the online and best of all u only good pointed to the stuff. Hands down wish this was a chain so I could set one up in hickory.
