Kohl's

I actually went in this time to return an Amazon purchase. They make it so very, very easy to do. And they give a 20% off coupon to shop there afterwards. So, I treated myself to some lovely jewelry at a very good price.

I come here to do Amazon returns and they always give me a coupon to go shopping. We've used it a number of times. Parking is good here, there is plenty of it. I like their supply of decorations to purchase. They also sell some good board games

They always have great sales plus additional surprise savings at the register when I use my rewards number and Kohl's card, even when there are no percent-off coupons to apply. Also, the staff here are really friendly and they are knowledgeable of their products and specials. Their non-sale prices are, for the most part, much higher than most online stores and brick & mortar shops, but once the discounts are applied even the big online marketplaces can't compete on many of the items Kohls carries. We enjoy shopping at this Kohl's location.

Friendly associates, clean store, fair prices, you can always find what you are looking for & they employe "Stacey" my favorite associate there. I love Kohl's😄😁

The people at Kohls are always kind and actually appear to be okay with their job?! It's nice to see in retail whether it's a busy day or a random Wednesday night around 8 and wasn't busy at all.

The Kohl's on 120th and Sheridan is the best. The staff is amazing. Customer service skills are above average. They actually listen to you as a customer.

I wish I knew the name of the lady that waited on me. She is always smiling and very friendly even when the lines are long.

Staff was very helpful. I can't stand pushy sales people trying to stuff my cart. None of that here. Staff was busy doing their restocking and cleaning, nearly oblivious to me. That's okay. I work in a place that pushes their credit cards. Frankly I have better things to do. I can appreciate people actually getting important work done instead of acting like car salesmen.

Until I asked for help. I was walked to the item and the conversation was real. Thank you.

I would go to my first shopping store Kohls and buy most of my products and clothes because they are fast and very courteous to there customer's. Thank you Kohl's for being my number one store.

Sales people very helpful. Found everything we needed. Wednesdays save 15% if over 65 years old.

Very organized by department including sizes and colors in women and petite departments. Made it easy to shop.
