I am so thoroughly impressed by the service and expertise I received from Andrew. He took his time, worked with me to check my fuses, and then we finally determined things that were wrong. I originally came here because my check engine light was on, so I was already full of anxiety. He had a way of calming my nerves and assuring me that things were going to work out. And they did! Friends, head over to this Advanced Auto Parts—they’ll take care of you.

Didn’t catch their names but the two women working there helped me get the correct transmission fluid for my 93 ford ranger. Been having a lot of issues with my transmission lately and the gears started slipping out and flat out stalling at red lights today. It’s now running the best it has in years! Thankyou guys!

I returned an Amazon purchase to this store. The staff was pleasant and one young man opened the door for me to bring the item in.

The manager Larry was very helpful with getting all my parts to my trailblazer and making sure I got the deals they had on the oil good job man😃

These people are awesome. Went in to buy windshield wipers. Didn't have the kind i wanted so gave me a discount.
Then they came to change them and explained that mine were fine. An oil change place told me i needed new ones.
They gave me a full refund.
When i actually do need them will go back here. So impressed.

This location is great. Everyone I've dealt with there has been experienced and very friendly. They have helped me so much and put my stress at-ease on more than one occasion. I would definitely refer them!

Eddie at this store was amazing. He did soooo much research trying to help me find a less expensive headlamp assembly for my older BMW. He definitely went above and beyond to special order parts, find answers about part compatibly and call me with updates. This same store also tested and replaced my battery in their parking lot about 4 years ago in freezing temperatures on one of the coldest days of the year. Clearly this store is very well run and staffed with employees who are very good at their jobs.

Nick (pretty sure that’s his name) was very helpful! These guys are always on point with knowledge and great customer service. AND, they back up what they sell. I exchanged a windshield wiper that was still under warranty. I highly recommend this location for all of your auto supplies.

ASHLEY IS THE BEST!!! Brought my car in cause it wasn’t starting properly. Ashley helped look up my warranty and get me swapped with a new battery. Couldn’t have been a smoother process. And she installed the new battery! World class service over at this store 😊

Excellent service. I was on a road trip and needed a tool. They had what in needed and I believe it was Greg who helped me. I needed a ratchet and he gave me a extra one he had.

This place was great! Bought a set of windshield wipers. The sales associate identified the size needed, gave multiple product options, then came out and installed them for free. I didn’t even have to ask; awesome customer service!

I would give more stars if I could. Justin helped us figure out if my daughters car needed a new battery, he installed it and helped with replacing a windshield wiper. My battery terminal connection was corroded and rusted so bad that I barely had enough of a connection to drive my truck home, without it dying. I was blessed that I was able to make it to Advance Auto Parts because Santana and his team went above and beyond to make sure I found the terminal connection that I needed for my battery, and they even provided me gloves, battery cleaner and a wrench to make sure I had what I needed to connect my terminal and get home safely. I truly appreciate the good-hearted customer service I received from Santana, thanks again. God bless!

Great experience! I bought a silver car battery from them about a year ago. I lost the receipt. Thank goodness that location had all my info on file and warrantied the battery hassle free. I would definitely recommend this location for professionalism and customer service.
