The UPS Store

We had a great experience with Corey. He helped us get passport pictures and then took extra care when packing our passport renewal docs in a mailer to send. There was a long line (as expected on Saturdays) and he was alone. He balanced helping us, taking in new packages, and helping another family mail a package. He was great through our whole interaction even though it was super busy!

I’m giving 5 star to Corey, not to UPS. Corey(I hope I spell it right) is the only guy in the store handling all of the work. There is always 8+ people in the line and he patiently helped me w/ my international parcel and I do appreciate it. UPS better hire more folks.

Very impressed with the quality of service that Corey provided. He was friendly and went out of his way to help me, which I truly appreciated!! I’ll certainly be back the next time I need to send a package.

Excellent experience. I needed to return a product, and the UPS store associate guided me quickly. I was in and out of the store in three minutes. Total success.

Amazingly helpful staff helped me get my packages sent safely to 4 separate locations. The two gentlemen, working behind the counter, went out of their way to provide excellent customer service/support.

I shipped a very fragile antique baby carriage to California. The item was extremely well packaged with bubble wrap right down to the individual spokes on each wheel and secured for the trip on a pallet. Even though it was routed through 3 trucking companies it survived the trip with no mishaps. This UPS store even thought to place an empty $40,000 printer box over the pallet and the additional trucking companies were especially carful not to damage the package. At its destination in California the final truck driver commended this UPS store for its expertise in securing such a fragile item for it's trip from Broomfield to San Diego.

I stopped in tonight at the UPS store to ask some questions about shipping. The customer service rep, Barb, was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I arrived there were several other customers waiting and she was very friendly and efficient while helping us all!

The staff here are super friendly, and knowledgeable. They are always fast to help me, and also have no problem printing out a label for you if you forgot one. This is a great UPS store location, highly recommend.

Suzanne helped me track down a package after I missed delivery while waiting for it in my house. Even though her store had nothing to do with the situation, she still called the driver for me and helped get the package delivered same day! Thank you!

Walked in and the gentleman behind the counter was singlehandedly assisting the line of customers and working with IT to get one of the computers fixed.
He got all of us out quickly and kept a positive attitude despite everything.

I love 20min from here and I still drive to this store. They have been amazing in the past but today one of the employees there really helped me out a lot with a Secret Santa request.

I had to have a document notarized and overnighted - the whole staff was so helpful and everything went very smoothly! My doc got to my financial advisor the next day and all was good. I highly recommend this store for their speed, knowledge and professional courtesy!

The employees at this location are always very nice and happy to help. There was even a line out the door once, and only one employee, but he handled it like a champ with a smile on his face. They are all great people and I never have a problem going there.
