I hate buying new phones, but my old outdated one broke so I didn't have a choice. Justice made it an easy painless process. I'm very satisfied with the phone he recommended, and the overall experience.

This location has a great selection of phones and awesome customer service! Dustin was super friendly and knowledgeable, and he patiently helped me out for at least an hour. When my old phone wasn't working, he took the time to troubleshoot. Then he explained the benefits of the various phone plans and helped me decide which one was best for me. He also helped me decide on a new phone and demonstrated the hidden features. Dustin provided the best customer service I've ever received at a Cricket store. I'll definitely be coming back to this location for my next phone. Thanks!

Of all the locations I've visited across the metro area, the staff at this one were the most helpful by far. I was greeted with a smile, and my questions were answered in a direct, honest fashion-- this had not been the case at some other locations where it has become the norm to encounter employees who refuse to even handle (i.e., literally to even physically handle) my phone. That isn't exactly demonstrative of confidence in one's job, in my opinion.

Fortunately, as has been the case with countless other experiences, the folks on this side of town have simply been more willing to assist the customer, no matter what is needed. In this case, I just needed a new SIM card for a different device-- I wasn't interested in a purchase, change of plan, etc. As such, I was not pressured. For me, simple things like this are what keep me loyal to a specific brand. Very appreciated!

I would like to commend Lindsey with great pleasure for her kindly customer assistance. Lindsey is friendly and professional while having a comfortable smiley- demeanor. She was knowledgeable and able to guide my efforts into exactly what I was looking for and needed. All went smoothly.
There should be a Lindsey clone for costumer service in all retail stores.

Best restaurant in town best food that service servers are always attentive and helpful even the owner busses tables and takes cash.

Reasons why you should switch to Cricket: 1.) Their Unlimited Plan is $50 flat without any taxes or fees. 2.) They run off of AT&T towers, so your coverage is pretty awesome. 3.) Their unlimited plans when bundled under a multi family discount is incomparable to the discounts other carriers have to offer. 2 Lines for $80 flat? Yes, please.

That being said, if you're looking to start off your service, this store is the one to go to. The customer service is A+ and they'll actually sit and try to solve your problems rather than brush you off because you're not another sale. Great plans, great service, pick up a Moto Supra (an amazing discount phone, runs circles around the Samsung A50, for only $60), and you've got yourself a stress-free phone buying experience.
