They had the part we were looking for. They also had some good deals on flashlights. I thought Temu was the best but I guess not. Same kind of prices but I’d think more reputable manufacturers than Temu. Bought mineral oil power steering fluid for an ‘06 Audi s4. We had something else in there but it was better than nothing. The ps fluid mineral oil is clear/greenish, I think my buddy had regular power steering fluid in there, if regular PS fluid is black 🤷🏻. Bc it was black. Now I’m no automotive mechanic but the pump worked fine, just a line came loose and caused problem hahaha. I feel you could run a car off of motor oil and gas. Or power steering and gas. Only thing that I see needs to be not oil or gas is windshield wiper fluid. Yep just 3 fluids and some bolts and boom you’re going 88 mph. When pouring into the tank it resembled a dark smoothy style ale, Berliner Weiss, maybe banana, chocolate, coconut adjunct small batch craft brew. Will include pics. Friend said the bubbles were from the air in the line when fluid came out. 🤷🏻

Awesome service. Christian was super helpful and knowledgeable to get me set up with a good battery in my price range. Got me back on the road in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location

I called this store and spoke to Phoenix. I asked about a thermostat, he said yes we have it; the price was right so I told him I would be in later. I came in later and Phoenix had the part waiting for me. He was very courteous and he knew his vehicles; I told him one time and he got it. Very impressive. This has happened before at that location. BRAVO guys. You are in my neighborhood.

Phoenix helped me test my battery when I was having issues starting my vehicle. I was having a bad day but his kind and calm demeanor and helpful attitude really shifted my mood and cheered me up. My interaction with him and his excellent customer service was such a positive part of my day. Thank you!

Not always the best price, but they tend to hire folks with some mechanical knowledge, unlike some of the other parts stores.

I liked would when I came into this store no judged me from my lack of car experience. The manger of this store helped me buy oil for my care and was nice enough to help me put it in my car. I was put at ease when he and his staff joked around with me. I left feeling happy that I was heard out and was not up selled with any products. I really do wish the best for this business and specifically this location. Thank you for taking the time to education me about my car, helping me apply this oil, so I can get it to my mechanic. I am grateful for a place like this one.

Great experience! Went in for a quick fix for my dying cars fuel line.... I was informed for a permanent solution I would want to replace the line, however they were quick to oblige my request for a couple year temporary solution as the car is on its way out. Didn't even charge me for the tube as it was in their spare parts/recycled parts bin!!! Also picked up some steering fluid and epoxy for the tube. Super informative fast service from Devon in particular! I will be back for all my automotive needs!

I have a check engin light on in my car. They were very professional..check the codes and recommended th parts to repair .

The Staff here are amazing, Ms. Tina, Josh and Mr. Jon have helped me the last 2 weeks get my new "used" car road ready! I appreciate the time and knowledge they have about cars, maintenance and accessories! Big thank you to Josh for getting my tunes on today! Thanks, I will definitely be back!

Tom was helpful, friendly, and efficient. He was able to change the battery on my car quickly and was friendly and went out of his way to ensure my car was taken care of--including bringing out a portable battery to ensure I didn't lose my programmed radio stations, (who thinks of that??).
I've also had assistance with wiper installation at this location previously. Nothing but good things to say about all of the employees here. I will definitely be returning.

Wonderful experience here - I needed new headlight bulbs and these guys made it so easy! Tina was very helpful over the phone, and Josh even installed them for me. Great service, 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

He pulled the codes for my car because my check engine light came on today, there were a few minor codes that came up, I was able to pick his brain a little on what his opinion was on how to move forward, as I'm not a car person myself.

Good place to get parts. The building was clean and there were no empty spaces where products were not refilled. The people behind the counter were nice and polite, and rang up the purchase quickly. Also one of the only parts stores in the immediate area, so it's convenient. Would reccomend.

Came here to pick my mother up after her car broke down nearby. My mother informed me before I arrived that a worker named John noticed her trouble and came out before she entered. He helped quickly diagnose the problem and even asked the neighboring auto shop if they would speak to us after hours. Then when I arrived and we waited for a tow truck to arrive he provided us water and additional information and options regarding our fried alternator. Amazing customer service and in a time when someone really needed it!

They’re awesome here. They always have what I need. They’re so helpful & pleasant when I ask them to come outside to help me replace light bulbs. I appreciate how nice the store is and how great and customer-oriented their staff is!!

This store, has no issues with #transgender or #lgbtq+ The older gentleman in there is working simply to help and assist anyone in his store. Not overly friendly, just simply got the job done and got what I needed.

Came in when my truck’s AC was acting up. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and hooked me up with the fix I needed.

TJ was amazing! He helped me with my car when the storm was moving in from the north. We both inhaled that commerce city cow patty and he braved the cold to help not only read my codes but exchange my battery. I had to wait about an hour for the battery to be read, when they called and I came back I was expecting to have to put the battery in myself. I asked if I could borrow the tools necessary to put the battery back in and they said "NO"...BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE TIME TO PUT THE BATTERY BACK IN WITHOUT ASKING!!!!

Thank you so much Johnathan for your help! He saved me 35$ for a pack of lightbulbs by just fixing the connection under my hood!! Amazing customer service!!

I went in to replace a tire that had a nail in it and was greeted by Tee Jay. He informed me I couldn't change my tire in the parking lot which I totally understood. He then went on to offer any assistance he could including calling his personal friend that had a part to lower my spare tire. After I got everything figured out I noticed my headlights were off center and tried to correct them while in the parking lot.

I failed miserably and had to call on Tee Jay's assistance once again. He spent about half an hour in the cold helping me fix my headlights after I got the brackets stuck in the down position.

After going to the nearest vacant parking lot and changing my tire, I heard a rattling behind my car. It was the apparatus that lowered my spare dragging on the street. I couldn't figure out how to get it back up so what did I do? Went back to see Tee Jay who showed me I was using the wrong side of my tool to raise the apparatus.

Tee Jay is the reason why I go to O'reilly Auto Parts and his customer service is superb. I have been in customer service industry for 20 years and it's a dying art so cheers to you Tee Jay. You're a rare breed sir.
