Maybe I just got lucky, but the rep I got was very patient and knowledge (Megan). She truly went above and beyond because I had a million questions. (Yeah, I was that guy - trying to make sure I made the wisest choices). Would and will definitely return to this location.

I love love ❤ T-mobile.. always a good deal. One time, they overcharged me for a year, and they credited my account all that money back... never have a problem with doing insurance claims. Always have credit with them, always upgrading my phones so I can keep up with today's technology..

Kim was an absolute breath of fresh air and so helpful today with my iPhone 15 purchase, 10/10 experience.

Pablo at the T-Mobile store was excellent. I had a unique situation and he guided the whole process with professionalism and expertise. Pablo made the experience painless and he is an asset to T-Mobile and this store.

I had been given the run around on the phone with 2 customer service persons in the call center... I was going to try TMobile one more time before I went to another cell phone provider. I didn't want to be jerked around again. I wasn't about to try the call center again. I spoke with Megan that works at the 55th and Wadsworth store.
She made me feel I could trust her... so.. I asked if she'd be there, if I showed up in person in 45mins? She said yes and gave me her schedule for the day. She helped me get 2 great phones with a better plan... she was AMAZING. I WAS READY TO GO TO A NEW CARRIER.. Megan was very good at listening to what I needed, what I could afford being disabled, working part time and being a senior citizen. I said something about how I missed the wonderful customer service I always had received all my years with sprint. She smiled and said she used to be sprint ... that's what makes all the difference in the world in her customer service skills... I can tell who came from sprint.. and who has been with t mobile only... BIG difference. Megan went out of her way to explain everything and find me the best deals, I could work with. She made me feel like she wanted me to be happy... with what I was getting and choosing... not just trying to make a sale... Thank you Megan for all your help and understanding! I wish you could train the call center employees as well as the ones in the stores... You are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and make a wonderful difference in your customers experience at T Mobile!

My mom and I have been customers of T-mobile for over 10 years and recently had some difficulty with our account and jump plan. Austin was the most patient and kind individual along with his manager Eddie! Thank you to this branch for helping us and making sure we left fully taken care of.

In the past I’ve struggled to find helpful staff at T-Mobile locations around Denver, so I was avoiding stopping in T-Mobile to ask some questions & make changes to my account. Tyler was super patient & knowledgeable & helped me accomplish everything I needed. He went above & beyond to make sure I was good before leaving. Thanks bro 💪🏽

Had a great experience getting a new phone, i am not super tech savvy and Liz was understanding and helpful. Took me less than 45 minutes for the whole process and she was accomodating. Great employee!

Kristina H was amazing! She was helpful, shared a ton of great info and was focused on making sure I had all the info I needed. She was not just there to make sure she got a sale. She was great to work with.

We were in the 55th and wadsworth tonight (7.1.23) and Jacob was excellent. Helped answer all of our asinine questions and wrote everything down on paper before even moving forward with everything. He was extremely patient and made the whole process extremely fast and painless. Thank you again for all your help!

I often put off stopping into any T-Mobile store because it's... well.. an errand that eats into my day. But today I needed to ask some serious questions about my plan and making some additions & changes.
I was assisted by Matt M. who was AWESOME!! From the moment he greeted me (which was immediately upon my entry into the store) until we'd completed my transaction~ Matt was personable, professional and patient. He provided exceptional customer service and further validated my previous decision to switch from at&t to T-Mobile (after 13 yrs.)
Matt M. is a great face for T-mobile and I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store to friends & relatives. And I'd suggest they ask for Matt M.

I tried a million times to order 2 phones on the T-Mobile website with no success which was quite frustrating. So I stopped by during my lunch break today expecting a slow, potentially arduous process. But Jacob, one of the store managers, was INCREDIBLE and anticipated so many of my questions.

It was a relatively complex order with a mix of picking up in-person vs. shipping the phone, a promotion, and a payment plan. But Jacob handled it all flawlessly and was extremely patient explaining all of the fees to me.

Highly recommend this store and its employees. Just be prepared - it did get real busy around 1pm!

Great store experience! Ian helped me pick out & purchase a phone based my needs (& lack of $)! Wasn't rushed & discovered that LG is not even a company anymore! And that was the reason almost everything on my LG phone didn't work! Happy with new phone & will definitely visit this particular store again!

I had a serious issue with my phone and want to thank Ian for spending an hour with me trying to solve the issue. He never gave up and eventually my phone was reset to factory settings and it wouldn't have done that without his help. Great employee and just an overall great guy.

Went in today to upgrade my phone and Mike was super helpful! He made sure I understood all the details about my trade-in and helped me pick some accessories for my new phone. Overall, he and Sandra were genuinely awesome company as I was waiting for everything to transfer to my new phone. I overheard them helping customers with some more complicated issues, and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I've always had good experiences at this T-mobile location, but this was by far the best! Thanks again you guys!

Just had a great experience there. The manager really went out of her way to get me the best deal. I walked in expecting to be disappointed as this seems to be what happens with other phone stores. Nope, they were great. My girlfriend switched from Verizon on the spot!

Kimberly was very upfront with all the pricing and how to get the best solution for us. Very professional and helpful! This was the opposite of Verizon!! We walked out happy with our purchase and no buyers remorse or feeling like we got screwed. Thank you Kimberly and thank you T Mobile. But it’s the staff that makes the company great and this location is my favorite. Thanks again!! I’ll be back for my next upgrade you can count on it.
