Wonderful store- husband loves to fly fish. Clothing is beautiful and durable. Staff is very knowledgeable and kind- they have always helped me find wonderful gifts for my husband and our dog. Love to shop there.

I’m a frequent shopper at Orvis and everytime I am in there, I am always greeted and everyone is always so welcoming (being a new fly fisherman) every employee in there has been very approachable weather it’s questions about fishing, products, or even if clothing fits right or not. Recently Rob was able to help me get an item replaced as it was defective and even followed up with me after leaving the store! One of the best places I go to shop and why most of mt wardrobe and fly fishing gear is orvis.

My friend I got lost in Pittsburg traffic and we came to mall to get coffee and decompress. At the Orvis store we met two helpful staff members who gave us directions and saved the day. We were able to reach the trolley station which took us into town. We avoided the traffic and got dinner. They even guided us to a stop that would let us out right neat a funicular train. Our day got a whole lot better just from going into Orvis. Thank you so much.

Love Orvis and this store is great! Glad I don’t live closer or I would be broke.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Not usually one to ever complain but I ended up having some issues with a Clearwater rod which they helped me resolve! Eventually I had another problem with the rod piece fitment which they took care of on house. Really couldn’t be happier and think it shows how great of a brand orvis is. Very pleased and will only ever buy orvis stuff from here again.

Most helpful crew of workers you will meet. They’ve saved my fishing trips a couple times with last minute gear fixes etc…

Awesome place! Great selection, extremely helpful employees. Knew a lot about getting you set up, no pushing for the most expensive items, more concerned about getting you what you needed. Also have classes for free on casting, knot tying, and other fly fishing related topics. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs fly fishing gear or info!

The staff at this store has been incredible each time I've been shopping here, whether it's with help in finding the right pair of winter gloves for me or taking care of an order issue that needed exchanged from their website. While I do enjoy the brand, I keep coming back for the people that work here. The store itself is on the small side and can feel a bit cramped when a lot of people are inside at once, but the layout and décor do a good job at minimizing that feeling in such a small physical location.

Garry and Dave at this store are the absolute best. I was in the store considering a new fly rod and reel. Spending over $1000 on a fly combo is a huge decision to make. Not only did these guys spend A LOT of time with me being indecisive, they made the decision and purchase so much easier. I will say these guys made a customer for life. I ended up going back the next day to buy some flies and again was greeted at the door by Dave. I can’t say enough about how helpful and personable these two guys are. I can’t remember the 2 ladies that helped check me out but again, nothing but amazing from them as well. This store make you feel welcome and it is a personal experience from start to finish. Not a single person is there just to make a sale. Thank you so much Dave and Garry!

The fishing manager Rob was the best person I have ever dealt with. My first time ever in an Orvis shop because I have heard how high end they are and figured I didn’t know enough to step into that world. Rob was there to help with all of my questions and helped me find the only rod left in the entire company even when the system showed there were none to be had. Rob even took the time to show me how to tie some new flies that I was asking questions about which I found outstanding. I could not believe the time he spent specifically with me making sure I had everything I needed and was taken care of. Even being in an Orvis shop he did not try to up sell me anything, but fit my needs tailored to my budget. I can’t say enough about my experience and they have a new lifelong customer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection of high quality clothing and outerwear with almost all sizes in stock and able to order quickly a size or color not in stock. Very fair prices considering the quality of merchandise. Clean and well organized store. Store is located in the Galleria Mall and near other shopping areas outside of the mall itself. Will return. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place for anyone who loves the outdoors. An awesome array of high quality and durable outerwear. Should be warned that it is a bit pricey but if you are willing to spend the extra money it is more than worth it.

Greg is super knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured. He spoke from the point of a fellow angler and made his recommendations as such. I will definitely be back.
Bonus fact! The Recon rod in 5wt 9’ is a true joy to fish on with a modest reel and their Pro line.

Never had a bad experience at an Orvis store and this one is no different. Excellent customer service and patience when testing rods. Looking forward to my next trip on the water with the new stick.

Never been here before.Very upscale place for looking like you walked out of the movie " A River Runs Through It". Outdoor shirts, pants, coats, and some really awesome fishing nets beautifully made. Most intriguing was a duck carved from a weathered fence post that took my breath away. This is where I'm going to shop when I win the Mega millions. $90 pants.$60 shirts. $80 jeans( I shop at Goodwill, great broke in jeans $6.99). But it was worth going in, just to see. This is where people go that light their cigarettes with $100 bills.
