Update August 2023. Went back to the store for liquid screen protector on a new phone, the franchise has changed hands. Alexis waited on us and was wonderful! Still 5 stars.

Bryce went out of his way to get me the phones and the plans I needed. Used to go to South Hills Village corporate store which never had customer service like I was given here!!

Got help by Brice came in for new phone got me a great deal on home internet he was amazing help this store is amazing with amazing people

went there looking to possibly get a phone and ended up with that and a watch!!! we had Casey C he was absolutely amazing!! he actually made going into a verizon store enjoyable!! extremely funny and very nice definitely would recommend also he helped us save money!!
