This Rite Aid is WAY bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. The outside, by the way, looks beautiful. This is one of the nicest, newest-looking Rite-Aid exteriors I’ve ever seen.

The aisles are noticeably well-stocked and the staff is as friendly as you could expect.

This is BY FAR my most favorite and beloved Rite Aid location that I visit! It is not even 2 minutes away from my home which is so super convenient and always has what I need in stock. The hours of operation always fit my busy schedule and the staff with a special mention to Lee, Mark, Tina, Debra, Lisa and the rest of the team are always so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I will always continue to support this location and its wonderful staff!!

I am so impressed with how the organization of the store reset for as I former co-mgr kuhn's market banksville reset was complicated with vendors and if you didn't know about store reset you couldn't even tell! Now I'm going to say with covid-19 and the staff didn't change and they are back from the professional training before anyone thinks different, this is the best crew front to back which is going to change according to rite aid plans and these employees deserve appreciation for Stephanie got me life saving antibiotics for incurable bone MRSA and I was able to enjoy Thanksgiving without being sick as dog! She shows compassion and CARE! John is the best pharmacy mgr! I'm sorry because of brain injury from hit n run, the store mgr checked on me ill after getting prescription and was very concerned, again compassion! The assistant manager and cashier's so helpful and nice and rite aid has such great asset at this unit! God bless!

Stephanie, the pharmacist, was excellent and went above and beyond to help me find the cheapest prices on medications, as well as contacting multiple different providers. Would highly recommend going here solely based off of Stephanie’s willingness to help and her professionalism. It was greatly appreciated.

John is wonderful!! He is the nicest person in the pharmacy. He takes the time to explain prescriptions, talk about issues and is always very kind. I switched from Walgreens and I'm happy I did. Thanks John!!

Once again thank you for the people of Bethel Park pa.! Rite aide is a prime example of the hospitality and professional positive experience a person could ever ask for! I'm an ex manager of the Bethel Park Firestone autocare back and forth from store to store and always loved the people I've met and service is my no. 1 passion and after hit and run accident Aug 2015 paralyzed me with shattered femur pelvis and hip that got infected and 22 surgeries and tramatic brain injury and fighting beyond Drs belief 4.5yrs later in my own place in Bethel Park and I have problems communicating and John the pharmacist at rite aide 6375 library Rd has such a positive attitude Everytime he answered the phone and when I go in he is so helpful and supportive that if I was the district manager I'd give this man an award! It's not only me! I observe customer after customer and no matter what the question is John always gives advise from the heart and I've seen confused people walk away content! I recommend this rite aide to everyone in the area

Want to say from pharmacy employees to check out, I've not had such excellent service as I've experienced in a while and it is consistent! I live above subway and disabled and when I want something I'll walk the extra distance when gas station next door,!

Rite Aid in South Park is a very nice store. The people are very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist always goes out of their way to help you.

It has a great selection of things, but with that comes hefty prices.
