The UPS Store

Had to send items back to amazon that were originally lost by usps. Long story short got 2 of each. Simple took to ups they scanned scan bar supplied took both items gave receipt. Didn't need package/box. Pay nothing. Done 2-3 minutes tops. Very nice people.

The people there are always friendly and helpful. Watched them be nothing but kind to a guy going off on them because they charge for shipping materials and to package up items that need sending. These are good people. They're very knowledgeable and so quick. Ive been doing a lot of Amazon returns and I'm in and out within minutes. That they recognized me and remembered my name meant a lot. If you've got a choice, use this store for shipping, printing, copying and notary services. All the best.

The staff at the UPS Store in Ebensburg, PA is amazing. We shipped a number of passports out of there and UPS lost one of them. It wasn't the people at the store. We went in and even though they were sure they did them correctly, they looked through the trash and everything just to make sure it hadn't fallen out. It turned up eventually and was sent back to us, but it was long after it left the store (In New York). Then 3 months later when I got notified of the visas being finished, I called because I lost the tracking numbers for the return shipping (you have to include return shipping postage and packaging when you send passports off for visas) and they were able to send me the tracking numbers 3 months later via email so I could track the visas coming back to us....The staff is so patient and understanding and really cares about their customers. Highly recommend this for whatever you need that they can do.

I had my 1st large Amazon return today. Amazon set me up with a code to scan at the UPS Store. The young Gentleman there was extremely nice carrying in a bulky box for me since I'm on crutches. While I waited on my turn, They offered me a chair to sit on! The staff were experts in the field no matter shipping/picking up/or a return like mine was!! It's only 15 mins past the Johnstown Galleria Mall off route 219 to route 22. Directions easily on google got me there with ease. For 1$, Amazon return complete!!

Piece of cake. Visited store to return some comcast equipment. Zach was fast and efficient. Store was clean and very tidy. Great experience. Went to this location because my local UPS Store doesn't open till 3PM

I've been using the UPS Store in Ebensburg, and the staff are always corteous and professional. I'm always in and out fast. It's quite convenient for me as it's located in front of my place of employment. The prices seem fair in my opinion. I'm very happy to have the UPS store in Ebensburg. I actually need to ship a package today when they open, and I know I will get A+ service when I do.

I live out of state and recently needed to have something done in PA. I called this UPS store and they were nice and super helpful. They had everything done and sent back within an hour. Forever grateful!!!

I walked in, showed my Amazon return page on my phone, they scanned it, then put a sticker on my package, gave me a receipt and DONE. It took as long as it took me to type this review! Great service!

12/20/2019 Went to get a document for a state office notarized, the clerks at the shop were so very helpful. Most reasonable for the service, 5 USD cheaper than the Johnstown notary closest to me. And these folks are PLEASANT! And during this holiday season, not an easy feat nor a duration to maintain. Immediately referenced this shop and its staff to my family, and will do so for future business by my friends. Thanks, Lisa! So patient, great on the fone for assistance in info. I am happy for the encounter, I envisioned more tedium & procedural rigamarole.

We just moved into the area and we needed to return our DirectTV. I was greeted and immediately taken care of. The store seemed stocked for your shipping needs and everyone was really nice. I would recommend this store.

It was fast clean, organized, staff seemed knowledgeable and above all polite, more than I can say for other UPS stores.

Lisa H at the Ebensburg location is so helpful ! She responded to my emails in a timely fashion and then called me to discuss things so I would have the best products! Will definitely be getting more prints from this store 10/10 would recommend for local business!

I had a package to return from Amazon. Literally, less than 30 seconds to walk in, scan the code, get the receipt, and leave. Great service, friendly, and efficient!
