Cliff was wonderful in helping me choose my new iphone! Very great customer service & even helped me set it up and get everything transferred!! Truly the best

This store has an employee that needs to be awarded with not only EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!, but with a nice raise. I walked into this store and had three groups of people in front of me. Roxann B. Was doing an amazing job going from customer to customer trying to get their new accounts set up. While I was there other customers came in behind me. She was doing such a thoughtful and thorough job making sure that everything was set up and correct for everyone. She was never able to take a break and slow down. I was here for over two hours and left entirely impressed with Roxann B. I also feel that the company is letting her down by not having anyone else to help her with a tremendous work load. Employees like her make her bosses and business owner look good. If I had not sold my company last year I would hire her and make sure she had a raise. Thank you Roxann B for your hard work and professionalism.

I spend close to 7 hours there. Cliff is the store manager he helped me the whole time . Verizon techs kept giving us problems and he kept trying and doing what he could for me and my family and now we are all Verizon customers! If you have any issues please go see cliff and ask for him! That man needs a raise!!!!!!

I highly recommend Kody,Cliff for all your Verizon needs...I wouldn't of got a new phone without there customer service in store thanks Guys!!

Cliff Richey, the store manager, at this Verizon store was a wonderful help today..he was informative, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained all the options so much better than the last Verizon store we visited. We did not feel rushed. He found a plan for me that worked with what I wanted.

Was due for my husband & I to get new phones. I have always used the Verizon store in Ebensburg as I have always gotten great service. Brody was our representative & service was great. He explained everything about our new phones including the plan, the cost & transfer our info to the new phones. Was a pleasure working with him. Way to go Brody. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Cliff is such a great guy and went above and beyond to help my wife and I. During our first visit, we had our one year old with us at the store, and Cliff was so kind and patient with him the entire time. I had a great experience and will definitely go back!

In and out, no issues. Was helped by Zach. On my 4th or 5th device from that location. Every time is a breeze.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Manager Cliff. He was super helpful and patient while I purchased a new phone. I observed him with other customers as I waited for my new phone, he was super patient and kind to everyone. I received outstanding customer service, and I observed him providing outstanding customer service to others. In fact, this was the best customer service I've ever received at a Verizon store.

Cliff Richey was very knowledgeable and a great help setting up our replacement phone. He took the time to make sure we picked the right phone for us and made sure it was working correctly. He was fast , polite, and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Cliff Richey was one of the best workers I've ever dealt with at Verizon. He was very thorough, and wanted to make sure my mom and I were perfectly okay with the phones that we had just bought through him. Great worker!! Highly recommend him!

Since this was my uncle’s first Verizon phone/account, Marc took the time to explain all the details. This was by far the best experience I’ve had a Verizon store ☺

This place is awesome! Cliff Richey knew what he was doing, and he did it quickly. There was none of the nonsense of going to a big Verizon store where all they want to do is sell you something and not help you. Cliff did it all!
