Staples helped me with making business cards. Initially, my family member tried to help and forgot to print the back of the card. Joe, print store manager, was wonderful with helping me fix the cards and get new ones made. They look fantastic and were made quickly. Thank you !

The women in the print department was professional, talented, multi tasks well and was cool, Calm and helpful in a very busy environment the evening before her mother in laws funeral. She is exceptional. Please reward her. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. If I saw her I would know her.

For one there are not a large number of options other than Staples.
We have always had good experiences with Staples both locally and on the West Coast during a business trip there.

I was surprised to see the ink cartridges I use in stock since this is around people going back to school and college...normally around this time of year they are out of stock. The cashier told me they have been keeping the ink supply in stock just for that reason and had more than just one available. I needed the combo of black in in XL and the color cartridge pack and my husband purchased just the black ink for me as a gift. It takes 3 black ink in XL to one color cartridge...copying items uses the ink up fasrer.

Isaiah was very helpful and was up for challenge. Be thankful you have him as an employee

This store is amazing. I ordered Christmas/New Years cards online today and it said I would be able to pick it up on 12/29 (way faster then any other place) I got a call from Isaiah today (two hours later) saying my order is ready for pickup. When I picked it up he verified everything and there came out great! I’ll petting my Christmas cards here again!

My experience = no one appeared to be in training, meaning, anyone I dealt with, had not one problem on computer/register in front of them, I was there to ship something back to MY PILLOW ( best slippers in the world), and it was flawless, that's my experience, and absolutely my opinion on the product, Staples has no opinion!! They are trying to keep employees paid, by processing shipments! They do for alot of companies, I'm sure if everyone picks/ chooses a co. they don't like, and become activists to shut down a service by Staples, all will be shutdown, so leave your politics out of Staples comments, and everyone there keeps their job.
Well done citizens now is not the time for boycotting any business, the ppl in charge are boycotting all of us. Kings and Queens, same thing forefathers fought. Wake up! Not at all related to woke.

Bought multiple laptops there, always with an honest service tech who knew exactly what I needed - wasn't going for that "big sale," but was truly helpful in finding and providing me with exactly what we were looking for. My family's business uses this Staples store to print a mass project every quarter of the year and although sometimes it can take a while to make sure it's all set up perfectly, the team there makes sure its done before I leave! If you just have some patience, they'll help you and get the job done right! Always gets the job done by the time they say they will!

I ordered Forty 400 page manuals on Thursday night and picked them up Sunday evening. They were even happy to accommodate some additional modifications last minute with no problem. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👍🏻
