Ashley Store

My wife and I were really impressed with Ashley Furniture in Downingtown. Richard was our Sales person and he did a wonderful job guiding us to find a great sofa and a love seat at a really good price. We shopped around at a few different places over the course of a month and we could not seem to find what we were looking for in our price range. Then we stopped by Ashley furniture and we were pleasantly surprised by all the good options and we loved how Richard did not follow us around but gave us space to look around and think about things. The furniture arrived this past Thursday and we a loving it! It was truly a great experience and we are thankful!

Purchased a Floor Lamp and two matching Table Lamps and the salesman, Sean, was very kind, helpful and patient with all of my questions. He was able to meet all of my needs to close the sale. He and John helped to load my car and I was very appreciative of all of their assistance. My parents loved their new lamps and I was very happy with my purchase. Thanks Sean!

Next time you go to this Ashley Furniture Store - absolutely ask for Robert! He was a delight to work with and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products available. Also nice to note that he was patient and understanding with us and respected us having to leave and come back. We felt no pressure at all and he made it such a pleasant buying and customer experience. We will absolutely work with Robert again in the future.

Robert was very knowledgeable about the sofa selections. We had a sofa in mind but it was not in their store. He showed us sofas that had the same similar feel and comfortable. Great experience shopping for our first sofa.

We had a wonderful shopping experience today at the Downingtown Ashley, we have had the same couches that are 20 years old and have been looking for a replacement for like two years. We were helped by Robert when we entered and he helped answered any questions about the furniture. At checkout we were assisted by Sam and she was wonderful! We are thrilled with our new purchase!
