Running Wild

In town while traveling for a race. Saw this place as I grabbed a coffee and had to go in. Staff is SUPER helpful. Their price point is on par with retail costing (I was expecting a price increase because it's a resort area); they didn't have my size in the shoes I was looking at, but I wear a super common size that happens. Had everything a runner could ask for and more... Including ANOTHER cool pair of GOODR glass that my partner had to have. Would go to again, would tell you to go here too.

Amazing service from Bradley, such friendly staff as well. He helped figure out my gait (which I've never seen done before) and took time explaining the different options of shoes I was interested in. Had to drive ~45 mins to get there, but it was most definitely well worth it. Will be returning in December for 50% off (if you donate shoes). Shop here if you want to take care of your feet!

I visited Running Wild after a recommendation from my podiatrist. Don & Bradley were both so knowledgeable and empathetic about my needs. I highly recommend this business, as this high level of personalized customer service is rarely found today. They sell good, quality merchandise.

I had such a good experience at this store! Don and his team were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out my perfect shoe. There was a different color way that I liked more than the products they currently had in store but his team went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact one I wanted. 10/10 recommend.

I love this store. Don's been in business serving the community for decades. We do Three-Mile Thursday every week at 6:30 PM, always a lot of fun.

Purcahsed my first pair of "serious' running shoes here. Excellent customer service and personal attention. They checked my walking style, measured my feet and took the time to help me try on different shoes and answer all my questions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bonus: I got to support a locally owned business, a rare privilege these days.

You'll probably see the words "knowledgeable" and "helpful" posted a bunch in these reviews and it can't be stated enough. Ricky took his time in finding my proper size and selecting the right sneaker for my needs. I'm glad I chose to shop locally instead of just buying a similar pair of shoes online from a big box retailer. I ended up with a sneaker I didn't even yet consider in my research. I definitely recommend stopping by here and getting a proper expert assessment before making any big purchases sight unseen.

Running Wild is the best place to shop at in Ft Lauderdale if you’re looking for new running/walking shoes or apparel! The shop is clean, organized, and filled with a great variety of running shoes for men and women. They carry Asics, Brooks, New Balance, Hoka One One, and Saucony for running shoes. They also sell Lululemon apparel, Garmin watches, Goodr Sunglasses, and a variety of other running accessories. They sell quality products and have excellent customer service that never disappoints. Running Wild is all about bringing the Ft Lauderdale community together with their free weekly Thursday night Funky Fun Run, which is temporarily on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions. We all look forward to the day that it can be brought back and we can gather together safely. In the meantime, when you’re in need of a new pair of running shoes be sure to check out Running Wild and shop local! Went in today looking for a new pair of running shoes. Adam sat with me going over my options of shoes while explaining the benefits of each. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient. It was an awesome experience and I will be back for my next pair.

Love this place. I've been going here for years. Ever since one of the staff asked to see my shoe before my next purchase. She said she could learn more from my shoe than probably me telling her. She was pretty on par. They haven't always asked, but they generally ask inquisitive questions about my running style or shoes as well as socks.
I drive from across town just to give them repeat business because I like them so much.

This store is amazing! I’ve had a hard time finding athletic shoes that fit, wearing a women’s size 12 Slim is not easy to find. Don was awesome, he listened to my needs and was very knowledgeable. He was able to fit me into two brands! I was awestruck! I highly recommend Running Wild for anyone looking for athletic shoes who have hard to fit feet.
