Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

Miracle Ear has given me new life over the past 4 years. In addition to the superior product, I get 6 monthly check-ups at no cost. Aids get a cleaning every 6 months at no cost. My Team member, Todd Staub, is a caring, patient, outstanding person. I couldn't be happier.

I am writing this review for my mother, Blanche Shadle who had her hearing tested last week with Dr. Todd. She is well pleased as was I with his thoroughness. She has high praise for Dr. Todd and his receptionist who were both very friendly and helpful. A good visit indeed.

Everyone has bee very nice and extremely helpful during our visits or when we go for hearing checkup. The office is spotless. When we call for an appointment, we can usually get one to suit our calendar. We can count on being taken care of ob a timely basis. The hearing tests are conducted very professionally.

Very, very pleased with Todd and his assistant. They are friendly, courteous and competent. Whenever I had a problem with my hearing aids I was able to see Todd immediately. I recommend them to all my friends. They are the best!!! Rich

I have called several times and they keep sending solicitation to my deceased mother. Over the counter hearing aids are now available so ppl like this can stop their highway robbery.

I am writing this review on behalf of my brother Michael who received a brochure in the mail at his home. On the brochure he was offered a $20 gift card from Walmart if he came in and had his hearing checked he would receive a gift card from Walmart for $20 at the completion of the exam, but after his exam was completed, he was told by the gentleman or possibly the owner of this location, that he did not complete the entire check-up needed, and so he did not qualify for the $20 gift card. I personally believe this is a form of scam to get people to come there, and only if they are able to sell them hearing aids, then only those people are the ones who will receive the $20 gift card. He was told that his hearing was OK, and he did not require a hearing aid, so this is why he felt he did not receive the $20 gift card. I'm writing this review not because of $20 gift card, as hes not going to lose any sleep over $20. I would suggest not offering people a $20 gift card to come in and have their hearing checked, if you only have intentions on giving it to people who actually need hearing aids. He went out of his way to come into your office to get a hearing aid test at your location because he was experiencing ringing in his ears, and even though he did not need a hearing aid, this does not mean he does not have a hearing issue. My suggestion once again is, please don't offer to give someone a gift, if you have no intention of giving it to them in the first place. Have a blessed day…
