Klinger Lumber

The customer service here is terrific, and they have never failed to have what I needed for my home renovation in stock. It is definitely more designed to serve contractors, but the staff are always willing to help the do-it-yourself customer when necessary. This is a true lumber yard, in that whatever wood or large items you purchase, you will drive your vehicle out back for pickup. So, Not Like Home Depot or Lowe's, you don't have to schlep your purchases around the store and navigate through a parking lot to get what you need. Their wood is high quality, and it does not take much sorting to find good straight boards. It is so nice to have a high quality well stocked lumber yard in such a remote area! They have always stood behind any other construction items I have bought there and make it easy to exchange or refund when a defective product slips by. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Good place I deliver there often...bob the forklift guy is a great guy when I deliver there I call the day before and tells me he would come in early to get me unloaded... #teambob

Klinger lumber is wonderful and have been around all my 47 years and I know my Daddy ~ Guy Snyder sure appreciated them when he was living and I sure appreciate them now for they have anything ya need and if they don’t carry it they take the time to look online and see where ya can get it! They even print shipping labels for folks like me that don’t own a printer whenever I have to send a package via UPS and they make sure the package gets picked up by UPS! Super nice & knowledgeable staff. Clean nice store and showroom. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and reliable customer service. Thanks Klinger Lumber for being there for me all these years!

Service is always personalized at Klinger's! Staff ensures you know the products. We bought a garage door from them. They spent time going over the products, the quality of the various styles and kept us up to date on delivery. We are pleased with the products we purchased and Service that was provided.

Excellent experience buying lumber for my deck. Deliver was prompt and professional and we could not beat the quality. Out of the entire pack of lumber not a single board was crooked or damaged in any way! Will use them for all future projects!

I’m currently remodeling the original part of the house I recently purchased and the trim boards are significantly worn and beat up compared to the newer addition. There was no stain or paint left to know what I was dealing with so after searching online for days to try and find the right stain I stopped at a different hardware store on my way home one day. They took one look at the trim and sold me a stain I thought it could be. After wasting my money there I took a drive up to Klinger’s and had 2 gentlemen that went out of their way and spent probably a half hour with me to ensure I was getting the right stain. The one gentlemen, who’s a woodworker, made sure any questions I had were answered and I was thoroughly prepared for my project. When I got home and began staining the trim it was of course a perfect match. This is what small town customer service is all about and how you create/keep loyal customers. Even though they aren’t the closest to me, they’ll be my first choice from now on.
