Went for lunch with a friend & found the atmosphere of the Special Place restaurant very cozy. Although they were busy, our waitress got right to us, as did the food! The servings were big & the homemade food was top-notch! Recommended restaurant!

Had Thanksgiving dinner delivered and it was delicious! Both my daughters said it was better then BGs where I have gotten it for the last 7 years !! The only negative is I wish the hot sides were packaged like the turkey and stuffing!

It was my first time there and the food was great!! Even rivaled an old family recipe.

My wife and I love this place. Great prices and really good food. Saturdays they have a breakfast buffet. This place is worth coming too. Very clean as well.

The best breakfast place in the valley. Vegetable omelet was very filling bread was huge. Very nice place.

Wish there was an option for other types of eggs like over easy or omelettes as part of the buffet. Maybe multiple flavors of syrup. But overall I was happy with the food and service.

Our go to place when I visit my Mom. Pot pie is very good. So are turkey dinners. Lacking in desserts sine the new owners took over but that's not a big deal to us.

Had a really good breakfast here.. eggs benny was perfect in her eyes.. fiance was very happy when she cut into the eggs.. we will eat here again soon as we can. Stopped in for breakfast again.. few items are seasonal so may not always get what ya want.. but we always have a good meal when we stop in.. staff is always very pleasant and helpful with answering questions we have time to time..

The service here is always incredible and the food is like something you'd get at Mom's house. My husband is partial to their steak entrees because the chef tastes special care in preparing each one and serves it with a special butter-parsley-onion dipping sauce that my husband just raves over!

This little gem is a great place for good home cooked style food. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The food is amazing and they give large portions. If you come during peak times, you may have to wait because this place is always full!

Extensive menu; family owned and operated; staff having been there for years speaks volumes; food was affordable and delicious. They allow for gathering for a long conversation with friends without rushing you to leave for rapid turnover. Cozy and home-like atmosphere

Very rarely do I get to eat somewhere that reminds me so much of my childhood. The food was amazing, homestyle treats and the staff were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back the next time we come for a visit.

Loved this fantastic country style restaurant since I was a toddler and has always been my entire family's #1 choice to gather all together at one big table and always greeted as well as provided with only the utmost (respected, kindhearted, loving, & gracious smiling faces) no matter who, how, what, why, when, or the ignorance shown by the customers that dine in and always make any possible issue or complaint in attempt to get their meal for free.

Its an amazing place. Great service and wonderful food. I worked there and I miss every single day wash the dishes in the kitchen. Was the best time of my life. I hope some day, I get the chance to see all again. From Brazil, to Elizabeth Ville , USA😚

I had the best Baked Oatmeal I ever had in a restaraunt. Topped with strawberries. So good, I tried to lick the bowl.

Love this place.... Had the sausage soup and the cranberry walnut salad.... Mmmmmm gooood
