Staff is efficient & I’ve had success with Amazon returns & sending packages. We made an appointment the day before for a notary, and were in & out in 5 minutes. Lots of parking in front & back lots. Next to Stop & Shop in north side Mashpee Commons.

I don't know what's wrong with all the Karens and their bad reviews, but we showed up on the day after Xmas with 4 packages and were in and out in 10 minutes. There were 4 other customers doing the same thing. The two employees working the counter were friendly and efficient.

I had to return an amazon package, and this guy was so friendly and helpful. This ups is way better than the one in hyannis

The young ladies who helped me with my project are solid gold! I not very tech savvy. They are super nice and tech savvy! I was able to print out my paperwork and complete my work. Thanks ladies!!

Casey and Maryanne were immensely helpful in assisting me with difficult color copies, laminates, etc all while balancing a steady stream of other customers. Thanks for the great customer service!

Nice, helpful staff. Place is clean & has selections to meet your shipping, faxing, copying, etc needs. My only complaint is if you go in through the back door the step up is way too high, especially when you can't see carrying packages. Other than that A ok.

The store is good but maybe ask the younger employees to portray a better customer service image. Walking around dragging feet and wearing a hood isn't professional. Hopefully a talking to will do good for them in the long run.

Grossly understaffed by nice people.

UPDATE: I looked through the many reviews here after I posted mine and it’s pretty evident there are serious customer service problems at this store. Lots of “sorry about that” responses from the owner and UPS but nothing seems to be done. Pretty pathetic and just more support for my review.

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would!! What an incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful bunch of employees. Including the management! The Gen Z staff are incredibly rude and LAZY. Gonna be a wakeup call for that generation in the future for sure. 🙄 No greetings ever! Throwing packages around! Huffing and puffing cuz they might have to actually DO something. Won’t give a receipt at drop off without pulling teeth. NEVER had an experience like that at any other UPS!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. The owner of this franchise needs to get on it and do a much better job!

This has to be the biggest rip off ups in the USA don’t go here bunch off thieves all they want to do is sell you box’s and other items to mark up there services shamefull

I’d rate no stars, but not an option. My wife recently sent some packages to me in Austin, TX. She didn’t review the receipt after paying, but thought the price was high but was rushed. When she got home she saw they had measured a 20” box at approx. 60” long. When she called she was told to come in and the manager would assist. She went the next day and the manager was no help. Less than concerned for a customer complaint is putting it mildly. Just kept repeating there’s nothing she can do. Didn’t take the time or show concern for the issue. A total that should have been about $60 was $160. We won’t use them again and filing a complaint with UPS corporate. May not go anywhere, but this type of service is inexcusable.

I thought this was a great store until recently. The female representative who waited on me was the most unhelpful, apathetic person I have had in customer service anywhere. The horrible experience I had has made me go out of my way to go to hyannis ups where I have received wonderful customer service.
