This place rocks. Easy access. Most products in stock. Service was a pleasant experience. Even had my FAVORITE hand cream that is water soluble and long lasting for deep repair.

Picked up cologne and hand an foot lotion we haven't seen in a long time, a lot to choose from plus New items.

Nice store in Birch run but will not let you use restroom. I don't like stores can't use restrooms We give them our business but u urgently gotta go your told go down 6 blocks away there's bathrooms.I just say ok, leave without purchasing all I came for & don't come back.

It was so pretty. The displays were great and the product displays were so inviting! There were super nice sale items!

Stopped in to see if they carried an old favorite perfume. They did have it.

Not the most welcoming people but a lot of wonderful products.

The price points are wonderful here! I love me some AVON! (all night long) It's very important to moisturize and clean your skin every day or else you will look all blown-out and tired. And no one wants to have to pick their face up off the table or pillow case when you wake up. They always have a clearance section. The foundations are good. Nothing wrong with putting layers of goop all over your face either. You gotta look hot! And the avon store is the perfect place to do it.

Not very knowledgeable. Didn't have most of what I wanted

While I love Avon product, however the sales associate is horrible at recommending product if something a person used to use went discontinued. I witnessed a person bring in a blush and she couldn't help the poor woman, not necessarily her fault the company didn't make a new color comparable, but she didn't even make an attempted to find a new shade. "just try those" and went on her business. There was no "Oh I'm sorry our company has discontinued your product, we do have these shades that you can test out. I noticed you liked ____ maybe you might like this color on to try" Nothing, just seemed rude to me. Another thing, I've been to this store at least 5 time and 3 out of the 5 times the associate/owner has over charged me or miss scanned items. It's like she forgets her own sales. For example, eye liners 3 for 10 she scanned my hair serum I wanted 3 times and over ride the eyeliners for $1.00 each. Still was an over charge of $5.00. I haven't been there in a few months now and wont be going to this location again after being over charged and witnessing that rudeness.
