Our family all had the opportunity to work with Sarah. She did a great job to ask questions and help fit us with the right gear.
We plan on coming back next time to see her time we are in the area.

Just the greatest experience at puma and Birch run outlets it was amazing the lady was just so helpful and so kind and I just love her her name was woman Sara when & saleswoman Sarah should definitely get a raise.

Rob and his staff took great care of me and got me the best shoe for my race in August. The staff there is always knowledgeable and friendly. I wish every company would follow their business practice.

I'm leaving a new review first of all I think Puma have a great quality shoes and clothing. I've only been to the store in Birch Run Michigan and MS Sarah the store manager is truly awesome she is a great quality asset for this company and I truly mean that she's very professional she knows what she's talking about she's friendly she's courteous she's easy to talk to, and she makes you feel welcome and appreciative of you and that you don't mind spending your money. I'm grateful that I was able to take my past 1 star review down concerning an issue I had with someone who was probably just seasonal help. But thank you Ms Sarah for your professionalism and your willingness to help thank you God bless you...

It's a great place to shop. I usually find just what I'm looking for. Best times time to visit if you want to avoid the crowds is Tuesday thru Thursday.

Super nice employees. Found a pair of shoes but seems like all the new styles to me are ugly. Like you're riding the short bus. Bring back some old styles!!!!!!!
