7-Eleven

I visit Birch Run about once every 6 weeks, outlet mall. I make a point to stop at 7-11 because the young man ( long dark, curly hair) is the kindest & most personable cashier EVER!!!! Fortunately he has been working every time. The last four times, anyhow. You can’t help but have your spirits lifted after an encounter with him. He’s not syrupy sweet. It’s obvious he’s a genuinely kind person. I hope the people at the top know how fortunate they are to have an employee of his caliber. I’m going to make a point of checking for his name next time. I used to tell my kids that they could change someone’s day by their actions and the words they spoke. This fella is a perfect example of that!!

I get far too many icees from this store to not give them 5 stars. Also, this location has gotten some new workers recently, and I feel much more welcomed when I come in

Went in for drinks, got them and got through the checkout quick and was on my way

They've got discounts on cigarettes and a large coffee comes with a free Muffin of your choice.

Excellent customer service

Service is good, albeit sometimes slow. Not unseasonable though. Staffed appropriately. BIg store, place is clean, well stocked. Pricing is...well...pretty typical 7/11 for ya, so not my #1 choice but I've never had a bad experience either. Rated 4 stars in sum for still being on the upper end when comparing other local choices. They sure do know how to pick em here though! Ya just never know what you're gonna get. Perhaps a mute...or maybe even one in pjs and fuzzy slippers. 🤷‍♀

Stopped here for gas before heading to outlet malls. It is very convenient but on a very busy intersection...

Goofy, but funny clerk on duty. Added to the ambience of the store, which was odd, but adequately stocked. Conveniently located.

Customer service is great and friendly employees. 7 eleven connects with CITGO gas station.

A wide selection of slushies, snacks and food that you can't help but keep coming back begging and wanting more

Place usually is pre good but I just bought some fruit. It was not good fruit.

Large store, decent selection, slow service and NO DIESEL

Only reason I stop here cuz it's midway going to the casino but other than that this is the slowest 7-11 EVER!! Takes about 10 to 15 minutes when I am in line. One cashier isn't enough the manager should be helping out when you don't have enough help. I as a manager have had to get things done when other associates can't when you only can rely on yourself. Realize you must get on the floor than sit down in a chair. I didn't like sitting down watching people work I used to being on my feet. There is a bonus for being on your feet than sitting.
