This CVS in Londonderry NH is so much better than any other CVS I've been to.

The staff have always been respectful and professional. I don’t know why there are so many one star reviews. It’s a pharmacy, it’s not like Walgreens is any better. They are overworked and understaffed and it comes down from above. Their corporate folks would rather have less staff and customers wait, than staff them to handle busy times and not enough to do in slow times. I really don’t think they go to work to make your day awful, have a little patience.

By far the best cvs around ever1 that works here is incredibly helpful and friendly both in the store an pharmacy

This CVS is on a great location near other shopping plazas with name brand stores. The store is very brand and well stocked. Extremely helpful staff very polite and helpful

They have gone way above for me .My Dr. had been on vacation and i ran out of bp meds.The pharmacy gave me emergency doses until my Dr. cane back . Thank you

Store is neat and orderly. Speedy checkout.

Pharmacy unprofessional!!!

They close the entire pharmacy down from 1:30-2:00. No exceptions. It would make sense to keep 1-2 people on so you can remain open.. but instead they all take the break at the same time forcing the pharmacy to close. What happens if this is someone's only chance to get it all day? Kind of like my situation today. Close down the entire pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and makes no sense. Unbelievably disappointing.

Made an appointment for the Covid vaccination and the proper dose (second shot)was discarded because it was out of shelf life. They did not notify us and said that they don't get the request until we arrived at the store. No communication between the scheduling and what is in inventory at the scheduled store. They said we should try the Derry store. Why didn't they contact the Derry store to see if they had it. It was not our fault that the vaccine was not available. The Derry store did have the the correct dosage.
They fit us in at 1:00 or original time was 11:00 am. Although we completed the pre requisition form for Londonderry she had to complete it again in Derry.
Suggest that :
1. Have the on line scheduling system have real time access to available vaccines inventory and update the Patient if changes occur.
2. Allow any CVS store access to completed forms.

The pharmacy needs an overhaul, I understand the pressure but, it says if you have questions a person will be happy to answer them? I asked a question and the answer I got was I don't make the prices. sadly I have to keep going there...

Adding to this 0 star review. This pharmacy should be shut down. The staff are terrible, unprofessional and lack any form of compassion. I arrived there at 850 to pick up a prescription that urgent care sent over, the woman with the short black hair is rude and nasty, Lauren is unprofessional and awful and there was a gentlemen eating pizza in the pharmacy. I'd go into more detail but will take it up with corporate instead.

They have a huge sign saying walk ins welcome for vaccines, yet they require appointments. Also, the farmacy is disgusting. People stand at the check out coughing all over the pin pad and they don't do anything to clean before the next customer.

This place always has a line of 15 people waiting the get their prescriptions. Their pharmacy drive through has had a broken sign and apparently no one there cares to fix it. They would rather have people cram into the store during a pandemic.

Pharmacy shut down for lunch while in line for prescription. No courtesy to the customer. Please hire more pharmacy personnel, and change this pharmacy policy.

Total inability to listen to your customers. This location sure has gone downhill

Long lines and bad service. They never have my prescription ready when I arrive, even after repeated calls that my prescription is ready for pickup.

I seriously can't leave a voicemail while you jerk offs take lunch??

Pharmacist, or pharmacy employee is very unprofessional.
