I’ve had a mailbox rental here for 15 years. The staff is the way I remember things being the norm a couple decades ago. Personal and friendly and always helpful. Thank you for your services!

UPS woman was nice and efficient despite the store being very busy.

Store attendant, who happened to be working alone day, was very helpful and patient tracking down a package we had shipped to their store. Phone was ringing and other customers, but she was acted very professionally and courteous. Great customer service.

I gave this store a 5-Star based on my Amazon Return. I cannot vouch for the actual in-store purchasing and pricing. But the Amazon Return experience was quick and efficient. The associate assisted me with three returns without any issues, and even gave me a receipt, which I have not been offered in the past dealing with other UPS Stores when dealing with Amazon Returns. Also in the past, when needing to process a return and needing tape for my box, the UPS store would charge me $1 for a strip of tape, ridiculous. So I went into this process expecting to pay that, however to my pleasant surprise, I was not asked. So with just that alone, I am happy with my experience, again based on my Amazon Return process. The ladies at the 7107 UPS store have been awesome!!! from day 1. I have been doing business with them for more than 10 years. I have seen how they have been going way out of their way to help their customers!! even with the rude customers, they kept their 'cool"!! We need more business men & women like them!!! So proud of them in many ways!! Keep up your great job ladies!!

If we could give this store ten stars we would. When our daughter arrived in Minnesota this week for a wedding she realized she left her bridesmaid dress in Tulsa. She needed it overnighted. The store did everything right but it didn't arrive before 10:30am the next day. UPS had lost it at it's UPS hub.

The staff helped us to get an investigation started with UPS. She called my husband and daughter frequently with updates. You could tell they were genuinely concerned. Eventually UPS found the package and got it there.

A fantastic option for local businesses.
I have been using this UPS store for the majority of my postage needs for over a decade. They offer 24-hour access to my PO box, and had been very accommodating when I was at one time receiving 10-15 boxes every week. I know UPS Stores (procedures, pricing, even decor) is always dictated by the franchise agreement but this owner has gone out of their way on multiple occasions to give me great service.

I love going here for all my shipping needs. The staff is always super sweet and helpful and I always get out quickly.

Fast and easy. The staff were helpful in getting the documents I needed printed in time before the bank closed. Additionally, I left my USB thumb drive in the kiosk PC and was unable to retrieve it before having to fly out of town on business. Pursuant to a brief phone call the staff dropped it in the mail for me and it arrived safe and sound a few days later! Much appreciated the service I received at this location.

Ummm WOW! Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long while! The young man and woman who were working tonight (11/9) at around 5pm were fantastic! I will definitely be bringing all of my business needs here. I really appreciated their help and kindness.

They were very helpful very pleasant and helped me but what I needed with my power of attorney and getting it notarized it was fast and passed out and I had a very good experience I will come back to this store if I need anything from them again 😉👍
