I worked here for a couple years during high school and I loved this store. I made a lot of friends there and met some amazing customers. The store has made some great improvements over the years! Cart shortages, bag shortages and an insufficient self check out plaqued the store when I was there. Made the job much more difficult than it should be. Doesn't seem like those issues are present now. The prices not be competitive but the store is always well stocked and I love the employees here.

I like it. I've been told that it's more expensive than your average grocery store, but I've hardly gone anywhere else since moving to Massachusetts. It's a union workplace, so I support it on those grounds, but it's also a generally pleasant shopping experience.
One thing I don't like is Marty, the sweeping robot with giant googly eyes and poor programming to get out of the way of shoppers.

I always have a great experience at this stop and shop. It's my go-to place for my shopping.

When I went to stock up while visiting family, the pink haired employee at the service desk was incredibly helpful! I bought a few lotto tickets and asked where an item was and got helped efficiently. Fantastic service and a pleasant personality. The rest of the trip went smoothly as well. I hope the employees I interacted with are still working the next time I'm in the area!

I was recently shopping at the Weymouth store and (as always) was impressed by the cleanliness and pleasantness of the staff. I asked to have a cabbage spilt in half and a staff member took it to the back room, spilt, wrapped, weigh it and tag it for me. Later that day, I found out that man was the store manager. In further conversation with him, I was impressed by his responsiveness to his customers. It is obvious to me that he leads by example. Great store!

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Zach, from the Seafood Department.
He is by far, the nicest, most efficient, polite salesperson I Have ever dealt with in 50 years. Staff could learn a lot from him on how to treat customers.

Shout out to Giamela (sorry if spelled wrong), from the Bakery. She was off the clock doing her shopping, and overheard me asking for something that they said is not possible. She jumped in and helped me. So kind and nice of her. She could have simply ignored me and walked away. Giamela thank you so much, you really made my day. I will continue to spread the kindness :)

Lots of variety in store and it didn't look like out of stock for many items

I like stop and shop. They are diverse. When I go to the self check out, they don't stare you down like you're going to steal or make you feel uncomfortable. Although I know they are watching...their job, but discreetly. Now Shaws on the other hand, stares you down, looking at you like you're a criminal. I gave them bad reviews. They are horrible at self checkout. I hate going there. If you're black don't go to shaws. Like I make more money than you. Stop and shop, all day. Bravo.

My go-to place to shop for groceries in Weymouth. Unlike its contemporaries, the store is clean, bright, and easy to navigate. Good bakery and produce section, products always look appealing on the displays. Usually not too busy unless its a weekend. Store is well staffed and typically keeps enough registers open to ensure a short wait in line. The staff are always ready to help, especially if you're at the self checkout, and are always hard at work keeping the shelves stocked daily. (Every time I visit, somebody is always stocking the yogurt section, so I take it they stay on top of things.) I definitely recommend this over other stores in the area. Even though it's a bit further away from me than the "other store" in question, when I have the option, I always choose to go here.

Love it. Got everything you need and at this location your right beside walmart, could not be a better setup for those on a strict budget... Genius is the mind behind that on...

Very helpful staff!! Excellent selection of holiday needs, store was fully stocked at 8:00 at night, where as other stores shelves are empty, and pallets litter the isles yet nothing is being stocked . STORE IS IMMACULATE. BEST Pet department by far I've seen anywhere else. THANK YOU, STOP&SHOP!

It's a good Stop & Shop. It's clean and the workers go out of their way to help you out. Their deli is also really good and everything seems fresh. The selection here also seems better than most other stores.

Manager, Nicole, went beyond the call of duty with her customer service skills. And, the following Labor Day, produce section was over the top, i e. the biggest tomatoes I've ever seen! So glad you're not on strike anymore.

We went to try to beat the crowd before the upcoming Snow fall , we are Seniors , and do not want to be out and about for a few days ,so we will hunker down It was crowded but not to bad MASK UP is all I can say

I enjoy shopping at this location however - I do not like that at the bottom of looking at my receipt it has the amount my account has left. It should not tell me how much I have left in my checking account.
