South Shore Desi Market

As a Caucasian, my first foray into an Indian market - as I'm just begining to learn to cook Indian food....employees and other customers alike were helpful. Store was clean, shelves plentiful! They even had a kitchen area, and while we didn't eat anything, it smelled terrific!

Good store for Indian groceries. I wish it had more products for people from north india.

Excellent selection of imported products, particularly in the freezer section, produce, and in the spice aisle. I was able to find ingredients that I can't find anywhere else, and all for very reasonable prices. The store was well staffed with friendly and knowledgable people, and all of the aisles were clean and organized. I definitely plan on coming back.

Best shop for Halal chicken and meat. You will also get all food related items from South Asian countries. Rates are nominal and is very near to bus stop.

I wish we had found this place earlier. This place is clean, well organized. and has a huge selection. Usually one has a choice of multiple brands. We went in looking for 1 specific item and came out with 6.
The young woman running the cash register was pleasant and helpful.

An excellent place to buy desi stuff - great place for fresh food as well - Biryani, Kabab etc are great - Goat biryani can do with a little less garam masala.

Great addition to Quincy + Braintree food scene

A great store to explore for Indian groceries and all other stuffs. You can find almost all Indian brands for all products. Prices are very reasonable. They also sell cooked Indian foods. I never tasted yet. But I see lot of people to buy dishes. Fishes and goat meat are also available. The sell young goat meat.

Nice Desi market with all the Indian groceries and vegetables. Best place for halal meat and food. Nicely organized and best customer service.

Staff here is very friendly and always give the kiddos candy which they love! My go to spot for all of our Desi grocery needs!

Hyderabad Biryani’s are too good

They added many new items, including frothen fish, they have fresh produce at great prices, Indian, Pakistani, Arabic food and spices, at much better prices than your local grocery stores International food isle. They have fresh meat and chicken, definitely a place to visit if you are looking for something to spice up your palate or just try something new

Fresh Vegetables compare to previous owner. And now I don’t need to drive 25 mins for Apna bazaar. Its good, we have desi store in the nearby town.

The Management has Changed.
They are really good and taking more care about the customers.
Every week they are refilling new products and fresh vegetables are available every time.

You can find betting Indian groceries, I get my lebanese coffee, tahini...They also have fresh lebanese bread every Friday! I recently started shopping their produce, best deal in the area

Great place in Quincy to get good chapatis that you don’t have to freeze, fresh vegetables and especially the a wide range of Indian brands in Masalas, Biscuits, Snacks! Thankful 🙌🏼
