Honestly, for a neighborhood smoke shop they have a lot of great things in there. I wouldn't mark this as a "heady glass shop", but if your looking for some good quality glass they've got it. They also carry some pretty niche stuff like, Randy's glass cleaner, Puff Co products, and Gpen. I purchased a peak from there at a fair and reasonable price. I even requested something they did not carry and was told a nearby store I could purchase it from. If you have smoking needs, its worth stopping in here for sure.

Not too many choices to choose from. Glass is decent. But the prices on vapes are the highest I've ever come across.. good place if your in a jam

They sell broken vape pens then refuse to exchange for a new one. The Guy said "Too bad buddy, we don't sell broken things".
I didn't even want money back, just an exchange.
Unprofessional, rude, and hard to understand.
Shop elsewhere.

Extremely unprofessional, rude , and poor quality- do not buy your glass here. I bought glass here Tuesday, just to realize it was broken and tried to bring back Friday after holiday, owner refused to look me in the eye as I spoke to him, would only talk to my male counterpart, and told me if I “had been nicer I would of gotten it replaced for free”. He raised his voice and stormed out of the store while I was still in there, and left the female coworker embarrassed of his behavior. All that needed to be stated was that there is a 1 day return policy I was unaware of- extremely unprofessional, and felt like I was being discriminated as a woman.

Have bought two pens in one month. They don't charge and just called to see if I could get a replacement The girl was very rude and she said that they don't do replacements or returns. Awful don't go there

The worst customer service by far. Bought the kind pen from them and when I got home it wasn’t working at all. Went back to the store to exchange for a new one and they refused to exchange.
