BJ's Wholesale Club

Great place to save money, whether you are single or a big family. The only question is how much room do you have. Heck a case of paper towels or TT is a lot cheaper than Shaw's or Stop & Shop. I have a freezer and buy 5 lb packages of hamburger & chicken. When I get home I separate these into useful amounts, put them into freezer bags and freeze.

I did an online order as I normally do and some thing I desperately needed was suddenly out of stock. I went in the store and I asked Joanne for help, and she got Tyler who went and located the product up in the rafters and brought it down to me I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. These two should be commended for going out of their way ,above and beyond Great great customer service !!!!

I buy almost everything at this club, they recently got better with curbside pick up. My five stars is for the pastry department, I have ordered several cakes the past few months, super pleased with the results, they are doing an awesome job specifically the 2 tiered once are perfect for our celebrations, great job!!! Thank you for allowing us to celebrate great events with nicely decorated cakes

I went to BJs in Weymouth this past weekend. I bought 6 packages of water bottles (40 count each). As I got to my car to put them in, David C. came up to me asking if he could help me. He put all of them in my car for me. I thanked him and told him that I was going to leave a nice review about him. He told me that it was not necessary because he was just doing his job and that he enjoys helping people. David is such a nice person and he is also a great representation of the employees that BJs hires. Thank you David C. for making my day! I hope BJs will recognize him for being so nice and kind.

Thanks for the beautiful cake! $30 is unbelievable for a two tier cake and it was delicious too!

Made an online order and scheduled pick up time at 7 pm. I was a few mins late because of work but when I got there Demetrius was so helpful and kind.

Spacious and clean store. Vegetables are always fresh. The staff on the deli are very friendly and professional and always there to help make a decision.

My experience as being an employee of which I'm grateful to be working here is that with these curbside pickups and of the foolish timeframe that is mandated is Foolish!!! Theres no quality of work performed when one has to Rush in getting products out to an awaiting customer a.k.a. member outside!!! This leaves room for human error !!! Wheres the Rush and Fire in this expected performance???
Meanwhile, while trying to complete one curbside order completely w 100% care and
perfection... the employee a.k.a. member gets chimed w another checkin etc etc .... while tending to a member at hand in club.......
This system is wrong should be abolished!!! The person making 100k / year sitting up in his or her cubicle at corporate of whom instituted this game /race never had to perform this multi tasking duties !!!! Foolish and RIDICULOUS if you ask me !!!
I'd rather give 100% to one endeavor, task, member as compared to 25% to 4 different
tasks at once in leaving room for human error and bad ratings!!! I shall ! Wont!!! Can't or ever give this type of cheap customer service at all to no one ever !!!
As well as this grading process!!! What are we back in kindergarten or grade school?? Leave the grading back there!!!! Lets stand out from the competition retailers out there by giving Quality !!! Not Quantity !!! Thanks for reading my concerns here !!!!

I’ve been a long time member of BJ’s and overall my experience has been positive,and would recommend the store for price savings and service. I did have one negative incident which was taken care of quickly. Customer service clerks are always knowledgeable and helpful, and cashiers are pleasant and respectful.

Fresh produce is a great bargain. Prices on fish are very reasonable. Great bakery with many choices. Check their supplements too.

The manager was really great today, made an exception for us. I am so thankful for him.

Weymouth store Clean well run store ! The Service desk has very helpful staff making it a great experience ! Been coming to this store since the eighties and always one of the best .

Always fresh produce and helpful staff. I know if I buy something at BJs it is a quality product. I like this one slightly better than the Quincy one, but I'm not entirely sure why. Maybe the layout.

Always a great experience whether doing my own shopping or doing curb side pick up. Employees are always friendly, helpful and efficient.

Love this store. The staff are so helpful. Self serve check out makes it so convenient.

Great deals to buy in bulk. Fruits and vegetables are fresh. I only wish they got more selection of items . Other then that. 5 stars :)

Great store have everything I need in bulk. They occasionally have raffles for free things so can't complain.
