I was at the store today, CVS @229 Hope Street in Stamford, October 15, and I was happy to see Patrick at the checkout. He has helped me a few times in the past on a Sunday, and,I’m not sure if my comments were seen by management. I am 75 years old, and, he always goes out of his way to help me. I have been in the sales and marketing in travel, hotel, and the pharmaceutical industries for over 40 years. I have always thought that if a job is well done, it should acknowledged. I bought some snacks when it was busy today. The self check out said I needed help checking out my Kind Bar - who knows why. The store employee Patrick saw what happened and was able to come help, key in everything, and fix it without skipping a beat or delaying the people in line. Employee magic.

The store is otherwise fine. Basic but well tended medium/big CVS.

The employees at the Hope St location are the nicest and most courteous at any CVS or similar retail store I've ever encountered. Without fail, each employee is exceptionally well-trained. I suspect the manager does a great job in hiring.

I have no experience with the pharmacy but since I live down the street my wife and I are in and out of here almost daily. The cashiers are friendly, the store is clean, and they always have what I need.
