SEPHORA at Kohl's

Sephora in Central Valley has a good collection. Very clean and maintained. Staff is very helpful and charming. The shelves are well stocked. We bought a men's cologne.

I loved this store and liked that although their inventory is small they try to have a few of everything which was nice . Also good for holiday gift shopping.

Went here on Tuesday December 12th 2023 to look for a perfume as a gift for my mom. They are well stocked, and have a variety of other things such as makeup. They also have men's cologne, as well as women's perfume. They had Victor & Rolf, and others. Prices were bit on the expensive side though. Also, it is a very small location, so it doesn't seem like they have much. We ended up not buying anything, as we were just looking. May be back again if i have a coupon or something. Unfortunately can't use a kohls coupon or kohls cash for purchases in this store even though it is a part of Kohl

Very unprofessional. We went to return something at this location today (not knowing you can’t return Sephora’s items in locations in Kohl’s) the lady told us that we cannot return them in this location and told us to go to Middletown which is the same location inside a Kohl’s which would’ve ended up in getting the same result, then we were getting annoyed because the lady was like “sooo yeah we can’t do much” then she proceeded to tell us that we can “try” and process this return here which we were fine with. Then waited like 5 minutes waiting for the other lady to come back and try because the one we were talking to didn’t know how to do returns which was odd because aren’t they trained to accept returns? Doesn’t seem like it, the other lady came back and spent like 25 minutes just trying to figure out how to process this return with the end result being her telling us how items bought on Sephora websites can’t be accepted here for returns, we got frustrated at that point because now they just wasted are time and couldn’t have told us that in the first place. It was pretty much a mess altogether and just a beyond frustrating experience honestly.

As a rouge customer I am deeply disappointed in my good old sephora! The open antisemitism is present from the second you walk in! With plenty of bored sales people u should be ashamed for your ignorance! There is an @ulta right next fo there you'll have a beautiful experience like u deserve!
