Gael was amazing! He assisted as soon as I walked through the door, I did not have to wait. He got my information and got into my account, then he was able to activate my device to my account. If I had the chance, I would love to work with him again! He he as very helpful.

Raj Marwha was absolutely phenomenal in understanding the problems, my needs and demonstrated tremendous patience as he worked through with AT&T Helpdesk in sorting out problems. He is very personable and customer centric. This experience with him stands out and from here on I will always go back to the store for all my needs to meet him

I had so much trouble with my AT&T account. Honestly, I was losing patience because there were so many problems in my account. On the other hand, Josh, a store manager, was extremely patient and professional throughout this entire HOUR process. I honestly was impressed with his helpful and positive altitude. At the end, I shook his hand with lots of gratitude. So, thank you, Josh. You are an excellent manager!

Caesar was very quick to respond and answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable & offered me great service when it came to which options worked best for me!! Today I went to this store for helping my parents open the new line and get the new phone, Julian is very friendly and patience to help us to introduce the contract and give us lots of information. And other people they all great .Thank you for helping.

Manager Luis at the store is real professional!!! I got my Iphone 15 pro from ATT and made some calls to activate but all of them failed on it and only Luis was able to fix!

#1 rule, if you are going at a typically busy time, always make an appointment online .. That will start you on the right foot. That being said, we were greeted by "Raj" at our appointment time, who was able to help us with a couple of issues regarding our phone and also offered some great advice. Good service, convenient location!

Raj helped us with our existing plan. Explained the new pricing if we upgraded our iphones. Super helpful and helped us to get our brand new Iphones!
