Best Buy

It’s not the biggest Bestbuy but the main reason I give them 5 stars is bc they have a great staff. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I want to particularly acknowledge Andrew L, their supervisor, who really provides a calm demeanor and is super helpful. He is who you want as part of your team and really helped me as I bought everything over a span of a year, to upgrade my place.

I went to go see in person the ps5 and xbox series x. I am unsure which to buy. There were no hands-on displays, but what's making me put 5 stars is the great customer service I received from Best Buy team member Ash. I saw her helping someone, and when she passed by, I asked for help. She immediately began answering my questions regarding the differences between the two consoles. I had a great experience although I am still trying to decide.

I love Best Buy for 2 reasons

1) their price match
2) return policy .

Customer service is awesome and they are very friendly . Didn’t find enough stock in the store since they were remodeling .

The staff is so helpful here.

We generally go for Bluetooth headphones, speakers, iPhone and Galaxy S series purchases.

Never that crowded on week days!

These guys were very helpful in helping me get a deal I saw online. I was having trouble linking my T-mobile account through the website but the reps were patient enough and helped resolve the confusion. Very seamless and supportive experience. I try to buy from Best Buy (heh) before Amazon now.

Professional help with TV consultations and good buying experience. They have Sony & LG which look the best TVs. The Sony are superior TVs and are priced higher.
I will most likely come back and buy a Kurig next time as they had a good selection.

We found what we were looking for and were able to purchase at excellent sale price. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The store is clean and well organized but I was a little disappointed that some of the other items i was interested in looking at had limited offerings. Still, a good resource for what they carry.

Paul was very helpful in assisting me with my warranty repair on my laptop!

It was our first visit since they remodeled. I guess it's been a while. Well we needed a printer .It's nice to see a tangible item and be able to puchase immediately. The cashier was pleasant and helpful and everything went smoothly

One of the best place for Indian chaats in Sunnyvale. I ordered combo chats which contain any 2 chaats with tea. Awesome!

This Best Buy is my go to place for all my technical questions and answers. I was in a couple of days ago for a memory chip for my cell phone. Juan took me under his "wing", showed me what I needed and spent several minutes cheerfully installing it and moving everything that needed to be moved. A wonderful man in a wonderful store. Went today to purchase a new tablet. Plenty of under $200 selections and found one that suits my needs. Staff is very helpful. They have a greeter that is very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking. Prices and selection very competitive. My go to place for everything electronic.
