Best Buy

This store has the best staff. Every time I go there I am greeted at the door, enthusiastically. As I walk around there's always some one ready to offer to help me if I need. It's definitely my favorite store.

Love this store just don't like being harassed by every employee every 2 min asking if you need help. If I need help I am capable of asking or getting some ones attention.

Sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all areas off electric items. Even gave personal experience to help us understand what we were looking at so we were able to pick the best headphones for our type of music

Great store. I was very pleasantly surprised by the coordination of the different associates who had to work together to help me locate a difficult to find item.

They never mess up my order and are always super fast to help. The people in the computer parts area are really knowledgeable and will actually talk to you like they know something which is super nice.

The prices of their GPUs are alright and their CPU prices aren't bad but i always go there for Storage and RAM. The sales are really amazing.

The monitors are great especially on sale.

Very helpful! Someone at the door greeted us and asked to assist us. We were looking at phone cases & screens, another employee asked if she could help us find one for our phone. She took us straight to the ones we needed & was very knowledgeable. It was a little expensive but they install it there & replace if anything happens! So it’s not such a bad deal

Broader problems with Best Buy corporate management notwithstanding, this location's staff is very helpful and nice to deal with. They were very patient and got me through my problem, through no help at all from the customer service agents and only after two (2) years of trying to get the issue fixed.

Best Buy corporate has somewhat lost their marbles, however. There is literally no way to call a store anymore and obviously the horrendously outsourced customer service reps on the phone don't really know how to help with anything. But, they are incredibly capable of calling themselves "Best Buy product experts and customer service specialists"...only to be proven wrong the instant you ask them anything actually related to customer service.

Quick and easy purchases. Friendly salespersons who don't try to oversell.

Ordered two phones (s24 ultra) from samsung and picked them up here. Service was fast and great.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Came here for one thing and they graciously led me right to the exact location.

Tuan was the associate who helped me. He patiently assisted me in comparing devices for home security(doorbell camera and security cameras) and an echo dot. He was honest and upfront about his opinions on the products and if he was not able to personally answer a question, he would find someone that could.

It's a Beat Buy... Nothing that really makes it better than others... Except for the Geek Squad team is the best in the Tulsa and surrounding area! Got a problem with your PC or laptop? I am a Total Tech member and visited the Geek Squad because my laptop wouldn't charge. Originally I was told it MIGHT be the motherboard, but the geek continued to check further. They "checked" my laptop in, then called me the following evening to let me know my computer, for some reason, did not "know" it had a battery. Ugh! The good news is that they checked and found it was still under mfg warranty, so they were mailing it off. GREAT SERVICE!!

Bought a new AM/FM/XM radio.
