Service was so personable today. A shout out to the door crew. I left out with my holiday soap haul!!! This time, I shopped in store to experience the new scents firsthand. Such scrumptious new smells. I can wait for that first pump to ring in the Christmas season! My neighbors will love my new picks.

I visited the store on the evening of 10/25 when I walked in there was a customer being verbally abusive & refusing to leave the store. One of the younger door greeter girls was obviously scared. The manager did a wonderful job getting him out of the store all the while he was screaming & making threats. She didn't show any fear & he was much bigger then her in stature. When he was gone she apologized to everyone in the store ! She deserves a award for keeping her store safe !

Today only Bath and Body Works had all body wash on sale for $4.95 each. I also had a coupon for 20% off my total purchase. They have a lot of new scents. Especially in the aroma therapy section. I missed the days with the lotion and body spray sales. I hope they have it again. These are my Christmas gifts to everyone this year.

This was my first visit to this store. I really loved it. Pleasant atmosphere. Lots and lots of scents Their hand soap is amazing as are their lotions and body sprays. Candles and room fresheners and so much more. Really appreciate the little cards to use in sampling different scents. So much better than leaving smelling like a perfume factory. Super friendly employees. I will be a regular here.

Great choices and a wide variety of items and scents!

Staff never fails to greet you as you enter this store. They are always very helpful when I ask for help finding something. At Halloween I was looking for a hand bac holder that I had seen on a Facebook ad. It was not with the rest of the Halloween merchandise, but 2 of the young ladies went searching all around the store and found that they had been placed in the Fall merchandise by mistake. They always go above and beyond my expectations at this location.

Thank you to all the wonderful workers here! They are always so helpful and kind. Especially to us grumpy customers. They always work so hard especially during the crazy holiday time! I wish I remembered the blonde cashiers name who checked me out, she was awesome and very kind.

I love Bath & Body. They have great scents and quality products. They are more expensive than grocery dtore brands, BUT they always have good sales and their products last twice as long both on and in use.

It just feels like a fun place to work. I wouldn't have much of a paycheck left. The staff takes me right to what I'm looking for and they always have good deals.
