Stopped by this morning to get a new battery. We didn't have any tools to install it and Greg Z. came out to check to make sure he would be able to do it for us, and thankfully he was able to! Thank you Greg for being so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend AutoZone in Melissa, Texas! :-)

This AutoZone saved me! I broke down at the Bucee’s down the street and was worried it was my alternator. Stephen quickly helped me determine it was my battery and replaced it for me all with a smile on his face! Great customer service. 10/10!

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. I come in very frequently, in all hours of the day, and there is always someone available to help me. I highly recommend this location. The manager is incredibly knowledgeable and her professionalism is exemplary. 11/10

Where to even start... my battery died on my van and I was so stressed out by it. My husband came home from work and we got it started, I called this auto-zone because it was closest to my house. Stephen E. answered the phone and was so helpful. He made sure they had what my vehicle needed in stock, offered to test the battery to see if it was actually going bad or if I was a dingbat and somehow drained it. It was going bad but not bad and he gave us the options, he said you can buy a new one now or in a little while, but it may charge back up and give you some more drive time. We have small children and my mom is Disabled, so a dead battery is not an ideal option. We opted for the new battery, my Hisham went in to pay for its and Stephen Chaves or or so quick for us. His kindness and consideration for us started on the phone call, he offered solutions to get the battery up there but made sure that we were safely able to get there. Kindness consideration and just a genuine desire to help people is refreshing and has created a customer for life in our family. Thank you Stephen, Autozone, you have a good one here, keep him around.
