Wendy's

I sometimes stop here after dropping my daughter at school. I get the biscuits and gravy. Very good. Usually have to wait for the gravy to be made. I don’t mind, but the last time took a bit longer. The manager graciously included two biscuit and sausage sandwiches. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I will add one tiny complaint…bring back the vanilla frosty!!!!

HANNAH WAS AMAZING! Excellent customer service and a great smile. She sold me on the Cinnabons through the drive through. Best employee I’ve ever encountered at this location!

Drive thru staff is off the chain amazing!!! Allowed me to place an order on foot due to my wrecker not fitting in the drive-thru. Also walked my food out to me! Above and beyond crew here in Melissa TX!!!

I’m giving them 5Stars because they are young. We go here 3+ times a week. In the time we have been coming they have messed up our order a hand full of times but one thing is for sure. They do not mind making it right! They don’t answer the phone due to being busy… But I have spoken to two managers on separate occasions. Both were kind, understanding and made it right. Just have some understanding. The manager Savannah is very sweet. She is great at her job and customer service is superb. Also Ms. Sena(hopefully I spelled that correct) she is also great at her job. My husband did a huge order last night. We were missing items and some items were made wrong, the fries weren’t fresh. But it was close to closing time. And I know everyone was ready to go home! They didn’t answer last night so I called again today and Ms. Sena answered she said she had no problem fixing the order! Honestly just have some sympathy and understanding if something is wrong and speak up they will take care of you. But With that being said we go three times a week on avg. and normally everything is 👍🏾!

I think the management is getting a handle on this location. The staff is consistently getting my orders correct. They are friendly and they seem happy to be there. I'm seeing a consistency in the faces. Nice job.

LaNae is the absolute best worker I’ve ever seen at a Wendy’s establishment. She has such a positive attitude towards customers and is just the overall best employee in there.

this is just a psa for people before they come bashing this store. yes sometimes the service is a little off due to the fact that barely anyone works in one spot for too long so not many of the employees are trained for all of it or have the right mindset. it basically IS just kids every night making your food. the men’s restroom lock looks like one that’s supposed to turn, but if you do that it locks everyone out once you’re done. just push the lock. and for a while we didn’t have a correct key for the lobby doors and we were unable to unlock the doors but one propped open. when the drink machine is out of syrup we truly can’t do anything to help it we just have to send someone to other stores for more or wait til truck comes. we are also short staffed a lot of the time. the frosty machine upsets us too we can’t even try the new flavors. we have to get a whole new machine to prevent further issues which we’re doing right now. we will remake your food and if you paid in store you can get a refund. speak to any manager they’ll tell you nothing but truth and be kind about it. be a person instead of a karen. most of these kids have been working their heads all day at school then making food for people who wanna order 5 biggie bags 10 minutes before closing.

What can you say, Wendy" s has the best has the best fast food. I especially LOVED the lemonade with blueberries. I ask my husband to stop there every day for it.

Wendy's chicken nuggets are the freakin' best...I personally believe these chicken nuggets are proof there is a God and he loves us!!!

So glad to have one of these closer to home. The food was well prepared and fresh. The jalapeno popper salad was amazing. The staff were friendly and courteous. Getting to it can be tricky if you're coming south on 121. You have to turn on 545 and come in behind the pharmacy.

I am 23 weeks pregnant and Wendy’s honey butter chicken biscuit has become a craving that I indulge in occasionally lol… This morning had to be my best experience there, from the kind gentlemen with the best smile and awesome hair who was working at the drive thru window, and the sweet and thoughtful lady who packed up some extra honey butter for me and secured it in a mini cup lol. You both made my day, and I hope this review makes yours! I appreciate you both!

Add on to this review, because I did not have her name prior to writing this, but now I do. Ms. Zina is such a joy to see in the mornings and is always greeting customers with a kind and beautiful smile. She always makes sure that I have some extra honey butter for my honey butter chicken biscuit, as it has been my pregnancy craving lol. Ms. Zina works so hard, and she is there every single day. She goes out of her way for customers, and she is so kind and sweet. My daughters and I absolutely LOVE her! She is a huge asset to the team and to the company, I truly hope that she is recognized for all that she does and for all that she brings to the table. Wendys Corporate, you are blessed to have her as an employee, and the store is very blessed to have her as well. I have seen a huge turn around at this store and because of that and because of Ms. Zina I frequent this Wendy's location for my morning breakfast! Thank you so much Ms. Zina, for all that you do! I hope this review is seen by corporate. I will be searching for a number to contact someone at Wendy's to make sure that Ms. Zina is recognized as she should be, just in case this review isn't read by corporate.

We just grabbed dinner and our experience was wonderful. There was no line at all in the drive through, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about a deal we had asked them about, and we got our food nice and hot. Great experience and we will definitely be going back.

Wow! For a brand new restaurant I was surprised! Friendly staff took my order quickly and accurately. Just a little bit too much salt on the fries, otherwise flawless. Excited to have these guys in Melissa!

I ordered cheese on a sandwich that didn’t have cheese originally. Imagine my surprise when I open the wrapper and it actually had cheese. Basically the first time that’s happened to me ever in a drive thru. I also got the sauces I asked for. Not one, but TWO. Just as I was preparing to take the customary second go around the drive thru I realized I didn’t have to this time. Insane. With service this good who knows? They could end up being a chain restaurant one day. Fries were hot, everything was fresh. Badass customer service. 10/10. Thank you Wendy.

Fast and Friendly. The chocolate frosty is still and all time classic. Perfect for a treat or a pick me up. Staff was friendly, business was clean inside and out!
