Taco Bell

I came in at a very busy time for this location, I believe it was the dinner rush. I went through the drive thru and ordered with a nice young man named Adams. He was great, working very hard and I feel he needs to be recognized for that. Not only was he taking care of the drive thru, he was also running all of the food out to cars that pulled around to keep the line moving. My order got slightly delayed from computer problems, and he kept me updated the whole time. Thank you Adams!

We've been to the Melissa Taco Bell twice so far and have had a good experience both times. Last visit to Melissa Taco Bell I found out they have Dr. Pepper and Diet Dr.Pepper. I can't say that for the Princeton Taco Bell, they have the regular Dr.Pepper but no Diet Dr.Pepper. They have Diet Pepsi and I don't care for Pepsi products. The food at Melissa Taco Bell was better there also,they don't short you on food portions like Princeton Taco Bell does. So far we've been satisfied with the Melissa Taco Bell.I guess it all depends on the management at each location.

Eugene is the MAN. Whoever is in charge give him a raise. He’s super nice, actually probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever dealt with at any place. Also this place is clutch being open later than the other food joints nearby. Yes they get busy but if you don’t have patience then that’s on you.

For real though, give my man Eugene a raise or promotion.

This place has really been on top of it recently. There’s a girl who's in high school that works the drive thru there and I don't know her name but she is great. She’s there almost every night I go (which is quite a lot) and she’s quick and always gets my order right. It blows my mind knowing she’s there so late when she’s got school in the morning. She really deserves to be recognized for the difference shes making at that place and for her hard work !

Went to this location around 11 pm.

There were some issues with my order, but Mia who was working in the back was able to deliver AMAZING customer service to fix the issues about my order!

She went ABOVE & BEYOND to deliver great food, and quality customer & had a smile on her face while she was asking me how she could fix those issues!

Glad to see that TBell hired her as she clearly works hard at her job and will go beyond measure to take care of her customers no matter what time of day it is.

I had the BEST drive thru experience tonight at this location! I don’t know if this Taco Bell is trying to turn things around, but the young girl working the drive thru tonight (10/27/23) was great! Super friendly service and my order was perfect!! Y’all definitely need to keep her around, I’d definitely visit more often if she’s there

Have noticed some great changes here the last week and a half. The young lady
(Maria S.) running the drive thru this evening was very prompt, helpful, and got our order right. They accepted cash and card, and the whole menu was available. For anyone that’s been by here the last couple of years, y’all know how huge of an improvement this is.

Food was so good and fresh and Mr. Manager was very kind and helpful..

I must give praise to the young lady at the drive-thru that gave me my order for her fast friendly service with a smile. Thank God for these new row of fast food restaurants in Melissa, TX Saves me trips to Mckinney or Sherman farther away from my location in Anna, TX USA

Love this place! Excellent Happy hour drinks and food, great prices on Happy hour. Fairly priced for the quality and food portions. The goat cheese app, calamari, and lazy dog are some of my favorites.

Even though they are always packed, the service has always been good.

Bad experience now each time I go they get the order wrong, when I bring it to their attention they get mad and don't want to fix it. I can tell by facial expressions and body language. All I ordered was 2 5 layer burritos with no sour cream and extra nacho cheese. I get extra shredded cheese. Order was simple. Hire employees thats has good customer service. I was going on the inside but the lobby was locked no note stating why or a note apologizing for the inconvenience. Then didn't offer to remake them just asked was cheese on the side ok I said yes all because I didn't want them doing anything to my food. I got the side of cheese wasn't enough so the guy smacked his lips and returned back to the kitchen then the little girl handed me a big side and asked was that enough with a hair hanging from the side of it but said it sarcastically. I just left because they wasn't going to do their job right. So please check your order before you leave in case the lobby is closed at 7ish. Other wise you have to wait in a long line just to try to get it corrected. They shouldn't be closed unless the whole store was closed. FYI hiring people call their last employer to see if they are rehireable first. 2nd do 2 interviews 1 with hiring manager then 2nd with the GM.. be watchful body language and dress code for an interview can tell you alot about a person. NO MANAGER IN SITE NO APOLOGY FROM EMPLOYEES I WAS CALM THE WHOLE TIME UNLIKE OTHER CUSTOMERS YELLING TRYING TO FIGHT. I KNOW BECAUSE IM A MANAGER AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!

This location was a 1 star because i went over there. The manager was the only cashier and had to wait 20 min+ for a frosty. They didn't have chocolate frosty, which i think it was hard to understand because everyone liked chocolate frosty. I guess they need to pay attention. Disappointed

Store manager is super friendly and goes above and beyond everytime to provide good service. I'd say give these guys a chance. There's lots of younger kids working, and they'll continue learn as they go. They're still relatively new, and should be given an opportunity. Support goes a long way, especially for this growing city. Thank you Antonio and your team for your hard work. It does not go unnoticed!! My family and I enjoy taco bell.

This Taco Bell is great! Of course like any other store it has its problems and ups/downs. This is a new store in Melissa Texas filled with many students who are just now getting the full opportunity to be apart of our team. This opportunity comes with many adversities though. They need training, work experience and customer service experience. Here at Taco Bell we strive for customer satisfaction and friendliness. As long as errors are corrected and positive attitudes are kept, its a successful day. We have a far way to go, but we are currently in the process of turning things around and making this store your favorite stop in the city! Believe in us and we can truly make everything perfect.

I ordered on the app for drive thru pick up, there was no one in line, I got fresh food, exactly how I ordered it, quickly, at a good value and from employees who had stellar attitudes. After terrible encounters at the other two new fast food establishments nearby, the great customer service was refreshing and encouraging! Keep doing your jobs well, Taco Bell!!

We came to this location and I had a special request which they accommodated even though it was kind of a pain for them. They were super friendly and didn’t make me feel like a pain for ordering my food the way I did. My BF got extra sauce on his burritos and they double wrapped them to keep them secure and from leaking. Excellent service and 100% satisfied. Thank you!

Honestly the best taco bell I have been to. Everything I have ordered has been stuffed with meat and ingredients. All of the food has been fresh. Never had to wait in line longer than a couple cars. It is unfortunate that others have not had the same experience as myself. Will update my review if I start to experience the same issues others mention.

I don't usually eat taco bell. This night I bought the 12 pack box for 4 and all the tacos were fresh and filled with meat. We enjoyed it.

New location, I'd like to welcome the Bell to Melissa and share my experience. My crew and I stopped in for lunch and found the restaurant to be in impeccable shape and the staff clearly following all covid 19 procedures. We were greeted quickly and served in a timely manner. As we finished up and headed out, I left my wallet on the table and went about my day. Shortly after I received a phone call from the store manager, Antonio. He had found my wallet, identified it's owner by my business cards and quickly contacted me to assure me it was found and secure. Anyone who has ever been in this situation knows how relieved I was to know it had been found by an individual with integrity. It would of been very easy to take the cash and not say a word, but the staff at this Taco Bell went above and beyond and saved me alot of trouble. Thank you to the crew and Thank you Antonio. (I had the Quesogordito's, they were delicious)
