Great customer service. They were able to work with me on finding the right spark plugs for my lawn mower. The variety of brands helped also. I decided to go with champion spark plugs. The sales associate was patient and helpful.

The employee Alec (red-haired gentleman) gave excellent customer service! I came in looking for oil & he helped me right away. He even came outside to check my oil type, my oil level, & my mileage in order to give me the most accurate information. :) He offered his expert advice without pressuring me to buy anything. I was basically broke down in the parking lot of the Beebe, Arkansas O'Reilly parking lot. Two employees, Criss, and Alec went above and beyond in helping me get the parts I needed to get rolling again. These guys were awesome and deserve to be rewarded for their customer service.

I blew a radiator line and limped it off the highway to this store. They had the line I needed in sock and even let me use their tool cart!! Fantastic store and staff!! Thanks guys, saved my day.
