AT&T Store

Thorssen was knowledgeable in the product and the processes. He was friendly and interacted very well with us and was polite.

Mrs. Ashley is so sweet. She stayed 2 hours over to help with the issues I was having. She went above and beyond for me. Mrs. Ashley is knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for her customers. I drove all the way from Little Rock twice to because the customer service is AMAZING! Thank you for all your hard work!

These guys go above and beyond! Straight Talk was making it very difficult to switch (over a week to get all three phone numbers switched). They did everything in their power to make sure it got handled and spent days trying to get everything working for us! Straight Talk is absolute nonsense and I will never go back. Thank you to Crystal and Kerry for all the hours spent helping us and of course the rest of the crew!! Y’all are amazing and I’m happy we had people that were willing to put the work in that y’all did, you rock!!!!

I went to the AT&T store last night to get my son his 1st phone and let me tell you, I had the BEST CSR and fast service and the BEST service from Crystal - I have never had the great CSR that I received last night. She cut straight the BS and told me my options, and I can tell you I am going to have one VERY EXCITED kid come Christmas. She set my sons phone up, and did his screen protector for me. If going there, definitely asked for Crystal. Also, the girl that works beside her (do not know her name) but she helped some while Crystal was helping here team players for sure....

The store was extremely busy but I was approached and helped in a timely manner. This is my favorite AT&T store ever!!!! Amazing customer service!!!

Kerry was amazing! He helped me change my phone plan & upgrade as well. I brought my 2 year old son in the store with me and he was so patient with us and even played with my son! What a great team at the beebe location!! 10/10 from me.

Ashley helped us today and she was absolutely phenomenal! Super sweet and patient and was very informative about everything. I'm not sure of her name but the blonde girl that was there today was carring on a conversation with us when she wasn't helping another customer. Would recommend the beebe store 10 out of 10

Ashley and her team were amazing for the 6 hours I was there today. I had a night mare issues with t-mobile and transferred over to att and they truly helped me in so many ways as I was so stressed out. They were truly helpful and patient as they helped me navigate my many problems with t-mobile as well as figuring out the cheapest solutions to my many lines. Thank you Ashley

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Crystal Martin today. She was both friendly and knowledgeable. As well as assisting me with my AT&T needs she also offered some advice to save me some money on my bill each month. With her expertise I was able to save about $100 on fees as well as being able to add two more devices to my plan for only about a $10 increase per month more than my current bill instead of the $40 increase I was expecting. Need an expert to review your current plan and save you some money? Go see Crystal!!!

I tried to order myself online & it was a hot mess. I went into the store & spoke to Thor & Crystal & they were able to help me get what I wanted. I highly recommend going to see them in Beebe!

Crystal did a phenomenal job in helping me out. She is the BEST!!! She jumped thru hoops to make sure I was taken care of. Not only this time, but EVERY time I go to the store she has amazing customer service. She's a ROCK STAR and that store is lucky to have her!!

Was assisted by Crystal today. After several days of confusion and frustration I went into the store and Crystal knew just what I needed for a solution. She was genuine, kind knowledgeable and I had a terrific customer experience!

The staff at this store work very hard to give you the best service. Even when things are time consuming their patience remains. Their conversational manner makes them easy to talk to. If you need anything done with your current phone service or plan, give them a call. I highly recommend Kerry.

I walked in with a heck of a situation (FirstNet, family with phones on other services) to attempt to consolidate, knowing it would be difficult. Ashley took on the challenge. And a challenge it was. Even with 3 new phones, I'm still paying less than the sum of all the bills I had before. I honestly can't say anything negative about anything here.

My husband and I went to this store just after the winter storm. There were several people ahead of us purchasing new phones which is not a quick process. Throughout the wait Crystal acknowledged us and asked for our patience. I could tell from watching her assist others that she was very knowledgeable about AT&T’s products and services. She assisted us in the same way. We did not purchase new phones but did review our plan and did some upgrading, Crystal is terrific / go see her!!!
